The place was cozy feels like home..my family had a great time, the only thing is it’s very far from the main beach and the transportation is a lil bit complicated..thanks to our agent Miss Nanette for accommodating us and catering our needs!

Location”
Location is far away from the beach. Quite place good to relax if you do not want any activity. If you just want to sit and read a book, this is a place for you. Otherwise I won't recommend for those who want to be always iat the beach.

Far but good value ”
Location- yapak is far fri things. You need a card for the hoo on hop off bus which is supposed to be free but if you’re a tourist they charge you 300 pesos per person. Facilities- cluster c pool was not available but you could use any of the other pools . There is also a tiny play structure in the cluster a structure. Beach- the beach has a quieter vibe than the main beaches. It is peaceful and has good snorkelling and beach chairs which none if the other beaches have. They will serve you on the beach too- another luxury that no where else has. There is a 711 around the corner for any essentials. They offer a free shuttle every two hours to the mall but you have to time your visit to the mall with going back to the residence - they only return during the drop off time. You can take a trike from the mall. Room- the room had everything we need and no cockroaches which is always a bonus! Very clean and has essentials like burner, microwave, full fridge, cleaning supplies, etc. The power outages were SO stressful! Went out half our time there and the generator wasn’t always working. No atm anywhere near the residence and not really any restaurants other than the other hotel’s restaurants but they are expensive. It’s about 250 pesos to get to station 2 which isn’t bad. The staff was was great- very kind and wonderful ti my kids. There is an atm walking distance between here and the mall (about 15 minute walk).

The unit is clean and relaxing with complete amenities but there are small cockroaches. The caretaker should spray baygon after the use of the unit so the pests will not stay inside.

Loved this place! All staff are kind and accommodating. Pool and beach is clean. The location is kinda far but its accessible so no prob and theres also a shuttle to take you to citymall just in keep mind the time for the service hehe. 💯💯

Overall satisfied staying in this condo. The only disadvantage is the accessibility coming and going to the desired location. A nice place to stay.. quiet and peaceful that you can truly relax.
