L' Hotel è dotato di camere pulite anche se con arredamento un po datato, offre molti servizi aggiuntivi come una bella piscina all' aperto ed una con idromassaggio riscaldata all' interno, animazione sia per i più piccoli che per i più grandi. La colazione è ottima e molto completa cosi come la cena a buffet.

Atendimento varia de excelente a péssimo, dependendo do atendente. Para quem não tem pensão completa faltam opções para comer, o atendimento do bar é péssimo, os garçons fingem não te ver e demorou mais de 1h para servir um suco.

Parte de lazer, refeições boas, espaço e qualidade do apartamento boa,
Congierge e recepção são falhos por falta de informações requeridas

O hotel se caracteriza como melhor para convenções e grupos pois os espaços amplos favorecem estes usos; para casais falta charme e informações mais precisas como dito acima. A localização é razoavel. O forte do hotel sao as areas externas como picina, quadras e o bosque que contém tanto mata nativa como passaros interessantes e uma horta que supre algumas necessidades dos restaurantes. O restaurante principal tem boa qualidade de comida e apresentação mas não tem um gosto aprimorado. O restaurante que tem bufet de antepastos e de sobremesas tem uma localização interessante e é bem agradável. A sauna é boa e a academia de ginastica é razoável. Os canais de tv poderiam ter mais opções.
