House is big with private swimming pool and karaok sound systems, suitable for party and family. Owner is good. However - The intenet connectivity is bad, it disappeared and not able to detect after few hour restarted, we have to keep restart the router. - Bugs and ants everywhere after the rain. - Water are leaking from the roof during the heavy rain. - Pipe or shower water are too small, taking longer time to wait for the water.

Satisfied during the stay, the room were spacious and all with a/c...the location is strategic, only 4km to town and easy to find food. Away from traffic, great stay for gathering. The host was very responsive to our request.
