    Alison and Diana are lovely and will give you lots of info on where to visit and the best places to eat. Breakfast was gorgeous. Lovely house. Very clean. Irvine is so nice

    Superb B+B”

    We needed an overnight stay in Irvine at short notice. Thankfully we found Braidmead House. Diane was a superb host. The House itself is large, beautifully decorated and makes a superb venue for the traveller. Breakfast was fantastic too ( the best Black pudding I've ever tasted). Room 4 in which we stayed was small but perfectly formed. Highly recommended and I hope we get the chance to revisit.
