Guests are required to provide a photo identification copy before arrival. All guests must fill out our guest portal to verify themselves. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. A damage deposit of up to GBP 500 will be pre-authorized on your card, 48 hours before check-in time, depending on which property is booked. This will be released after a property inspection. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card.
