Definitely not brand new &amp; luxury..”

It’s just very meh!
Brand new &amp; luxury aren’t words I’d used to describe this apartment.. it was okay, but certainly nothing near luxury. There’s a random wonky table in the kitchen, around the handles on a couple of the cupboard doors could have done with a bit more attention on the cleaning, parking was a bit of a nightmare, I wouldn’t say to avoid it, but I won’t stay here again.

Our stay here was just great. The apartment is modern and clean. With everything you could need for a night away. Easy access into the property and host was only a message away. The location is great, most things within walking distance.

Good location for Cube &#47; Mailbox Owner was responsive &amp; deposit returned promptly
We booked for 4 people but there was no bed linen for the bed settee … we telephoned owner who apologised &amp; directed us to where it was stored &amp; we had to put on duvet cover, pillow cases etc as well as make up bed

The apartment was only a 10 minute walk to the theatre. The apartment was warm and clean and big enough for all 4 of us.
There was a pigeon nest in the roof of the balcony so they were a bit noisy.

TV remote right button barely works which made using it tricky. Could have been cleaner. Kitchen and bedroom were clean, lounge not great.

Decorated ok, Finish wasnt great.
Hair found in the apartment, balcony was covered in bird poo. Overall lack of cleanliness which is surprising in the current climate of things.... The host did offer a 15 pound refund for the cleaning costs...after an hour of back and forth after checking in and not being happy. The attitude of the host was patronising when explaining the issues with the property. I do have photos but have chose not to share them as all the property really needs is a good clean!
