Had it not this hotel, our first time to visit Miami won't be truly fulfilling. The hotel staff was kind enough to give us a room with a nice location of the river. We walked to the American Airlines Arena the home of the Miami Heat Team + the Miami Beach was truly amazing. Thank you Agoda!

I stayed one night in this lovely hotel on Dec. 17, 2012. Everything is good. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Miami, very close to port area and the city center. The service is good, and the receptionists were very friendly. Prices are quite competitive if you make your booking well in advance.

This is a great, neat and tidy spot to stay. We only stayed one night after a cruise, nice large bed, decent bathroom and great connection to the train to the airport. Seemed like a safe area in the time we were there, close to a nice open air shopping centre. Staff were all really polite and gave us some great tips on where to shop/eat close by. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was near the port where we disembarked from our cruise. I travel extensively because of my business. I have NEVER felt so comfortable at a hotel that I have never been to in my life. The management is excellent and so is housekeeping. I will definitely book my next stay with AGODA and when in Miami at the EPIC.

it is a great hotel located in downtown Miami and it takes a few minutes walk only to Bayside Marketplace. Also the room is large facing the waterfront. The staff are very friendly.

Stayed here for a night before a cruise. nice location and only 10 mins from the port. Rooms were clean and pleasant, but a little dated. I'd recommend EB Hotel, less money and very large rooms with all the mod-cons.

Unfortunately we found a hair in the bath that we asked them to clean and they said they would but then didn't. Checked in quite late and the check in person was really nice but quite slow and was doing other things. The carpet is aod and even they clean it every day, it has dust, for people with allergys it is not good.

The chiral is very clean and nice. Loved the bathroom was split with a sink and toilet on one side and a sink and shower on the other. Made it easy to get dressed. But the staff moved so slow. We would literally call 5-6 times about towels and rags because they would say they would bring them and never come. That. was the only bad part

Though this hotel is a way from much, it is close to downtown and accessible. Great value for the room. Recent renovations have given it a charming look, and reminders of Havana Cuba and musicians are everywhere. A good pastry shop open nearby for a great breakfast.

I no longer feel that a room is just a room. The service and the hotel were amazing! I pretty much lived in the pool. I want to fly back to Miami just to stay at that hotel!!!!! We had a very bad experience at JW Marriott We didn't got the rooms we booked And we had to pay extra because they weren't big enough The alternative rooms were delievered 2 hours later then should And instead of compensation they tried to charge us for breakfast even though it was included in the deal! Never going back there!!!

This seems more of a backpackers place, with lots of homeless people around outside at night. But during the day, it's not far from Bayside which you can start your hop on hop off bus tour, so that was good.

Very very small pool. Breakfast menu has only a few options. Restaurant at the pool takes 1 hour to make a meal, though the staffs are very nice. Dinner at La Mar is ok, food is good, but be aware of the noise. Cost of valet parking is about usd50/day

Couldn’t sleep all night. Room next store was partying like it was south beach.. Called downstairs they didn’t do anything. Finally woke up at 4 am and checked out. I would have been better off in liberty city..
