"All staff were great to speak to and the room was very nicely set before check in. The breakfast is basic and functional for the days start and we also enjoyed the coffee served through out the day. Housekeeping followed up efficiently. All in all a great experience."

"This hotel is located in Kendall, it is ridiculous to charge a customer $15 per day to park your vehicle where you will be staying. Another issue I have to go to the front desk 2 or 3 times with issues with the door. It was not opened with my hands full with a carrier out having to put all personal items and food on the floor to go get someone to fix the battery on the front door. It was some dishes in the restaurant area since the previous night to the next day. Service very poor for the money we have paid to stay. Customer Service Staff very nice and professional. The hotel premises very clean. Will stay again if I don't have to pay for a parking space."
