I absolutely loved this resort. The staff was beyond friendly and excellent. My hubby locked us out of our room one day. It was lightening fast how quickly someone came to help us open the door! And the security measures they took for us to get back in our room made me feel very safe. The resort itself was amazingly beautiful. And HUGE BONUS it’s a straight shot to Disney we got there SO fast! The only reason I didn’t give all stars for the facilities is because we used the “heated” pool one day and it was really cold. We were told it was going to be 80 degrees heated but I would say it was more like 60 or below. Absolutely beautiful property, and the room itself was extremely clean and nice! The pool must be wonderful in the summer time though! And the bars and hot tub were amazing! Overall amazing resort and I would absolutely recommend this to someone! Especially Disney lovers!

We wished we could have stayed longer at Buena Vista Suites! It was minutes away from Magic Kingdom. The buffet breakfast was accommodating, nothing fancy - but filled you up to begin your day at the park. The rooms were super spacious! Hot water, comfy bed, room for both of our suitcases to be laid out -- we couldn't ask for much more. The only thing I have to say is about purchasing tickets/booking the shuttle to go to Disney. This isn't a reflection on the hotel itself, but the third party company that was stationed at the hotel desk. We were told to book the tickets/shuttle at 7am the morning we'd like to leave. We got there at 7am, only 3 people ahead of us, but said the first shuttle was filled up. Luckily we had a rental car so that wasn't a problem. When we asked about buying tickets, the lady said she didn't have any more in stock! My advice: save time and effort, and just purchase your tickets online or at the park itself.

Lake Buena Vista Hotel, Spa, and Resort was a great place to stay. The staff was exceptionally accomodating. The rooms were roomy and clean. The best thing was the value. Disney is getting out of reach for a large multigenerational family to enjoy a vacation together. Lake Buena Vista Hotel Spa and Resort allows that to happen .Grounds are beautiful and pool is an added benefit for those "off" days used to refuel between attraction days. Shuttle service to attractions is a nice perk. There is also a Pizza Hut with small grocery area, a restaurant, and breakfast cafe near the pool.

really great facility less than 1/2 the price of the hotel and way more room (3 bedrooms, 3 baths). One of the few places where the rooms actually are as big or bigger than they appear in the photos. I have booked online a lot and have been surprised both ways in the past. In this case, the venue was even better than expected. Even factoring in the cost of ride sharing services this is a really great value. Did business and local attractions.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. Rooms wer spacious, beds were comfortable, we had a full kitchen and a mini bar kitchen, spacious hall and easy to use washing machine and dryer. Everything was great except the boiler in our block was faulty, hence, we had no hot water for showers. They also didn’t have vacant units to relocate us. We love the location that is across from a supermarket, macDonalds and other restaurants and eateries, and also right next to Vineland premium outlet. Resort side access gate leads into Vineland. Extremely convenient to go shopping after dinner. Just a 1-5min walk (depending on which block you are in). Easy drive to all theme Parks. If not for the cold showers, our trip would have been perfect! It is a shame that we pay TOP dollar for a resort and had to be subjected to cold showers in winter. In the end, I had to boil water on the stove and mix it with cold water in bath. Hope hotel staff would deal better when such things were to happen in future.

We stayed for 4 days in the Sheraton Vistana resort. The hotel is well situated for the theme parks, local shops and other smaller theme parks. Our 2 bedroom villa was fantastic and very large. There is room for more than 6 people to enjoy their stay comfortably. The pool area, tennis, hotel shops and fast food delivery was very good. only 2 negatives to mention is the late check in (4pm)and early check out (10am). No free shuttle service.

My family and I had an amazing experience at the resort. Very relaxing week! The resort was very clean. Employees were nice and friendly. Housekeeping made sure our room was in top shape. The pool was very relaxing and beautiful. Fun fun fun. Great for small children. We only visited the main pool. The location is great too. Right on international drive so the drive is close to everything. The price is well worth every penny. Overall experience was just simply amazing!

very easy to find close to all shopping and outlets , lake in the back was bonus ,large swimming pool .good for all ages and with larger group like ours was fun . staff was very helpful inspite we checked in very late at night .staff phone us every day to make sure all was okay ,and if we needed any help in finding our destinations in the city great great resort will stay there again for sure

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Inn at Calypso! The staff was great, the breakfast was included and served fresh every morning, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The amenities are out of this world, ranging from tennis to mini golf all included in the low price of the hotel. The location is also great, fairly close to anywhere you would want to go in Orlando, FL. I woul definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel room and facilities were perfect. I was looking for a place I could go with my three children (4, 3, and1) where they would be happy and distracted for 3 days. We were very comfortable in the the room. It was mostly very clean though the floor could use a deep cleaning. I was never uncomfortable though. They came to clean once a day. We wanted for nothing. There were ample food opportunities, activities and movies by the pool, arcade, the pool itself, and plenty of other stuff we didn’t get to do. The location was very close to Disney and made me wish we were staying there for the rest of our trip. I would definitely come back again.
