It's a good hotel at Yokohama, located at Noge area, one of tourist attraction as proposed by Yokohama Shopping Street Guide Site officially, since there are many figurative local cafe, restaurants and shops gave sense of nostalgia for the city's soul. Breezebay hotel located opposite of Sakuragicho train stration, so it's very easy to come here from Haneda airport. Clean and quite spacious room, equipped with dehumidifier machine. Also clean bathroom - and most important is hot water with good pressure. At 9th floor we could find coin laundry with free detergent available at front reception desk for Yen 300.00. This hotel could be ranks as 4 stars, but with room rate as 3 stars hotel.

Breezbay Hotel Resort & Spa is very close to the station. The room was very clean and comfortable in every way. The breakfast buffet, which was provided on the 14th floor offered both a wide variety of food choices and a really nice and panoramic view with many window seats. The overall standard of the hotel and the service of the staff was excellent, I will certainly be staying here again.

Easy access to major tourist attractions in Sakuragi-cho, Yokohama area , i.e. Minato-Mirai, and China Town, famous parks near-by and much more. The renovated room I stayed in was roomy and clean , but no view, that's a pity. I highly recommend this hotel for any purpose.

Friendly hotel with great location ”
Polite and helpful staff, conveniently located and a good range of food provided for breakfast. It’s great to have a self-service room for clothes ironing, washing and drying though the number of machines could be increased, perhaps, from currently one washing machine and one drying machine to two to offer more convenience and cut down on the waiting time. My family and I would love to go back when we happen to visit Yokohama again.

Hotel is situated close to the stations and in the center of Yokohama, clean and with professional staff, but the the furniture is quite old and the equipment (refrigerator) doesn't work properly. All the other things were good.

We chose the hotel based on the location and price. It looks like a very nice hotel from the outside and most of the pictures, but our room was really dark and the interior was a bit old. I don't complain because we got a 50% discount price. To enjoy the restaurants and shops in the surroundings is really convenient!

Please think twice if your car’s height is above 1.55 m”
We were driving to Yokohama with a Toyota Estima, the hotel carpark’s height is max. 1.55 m, we have to park at another location with extra coat and pretty distance from the hotel. In terms of location, the hotel is just next to a train station so if you are traveling by train it would be pretty comvienent.

Good Place, Large Room”
It’s not a brand new hotel as most of the fixtures are looking worn, but the room was clean and so was the bathroom. We had a room for 3pax and the main bed was really big and could have slept all three of us if need be. But, a sofa couch was laid out as our second bed giving us plenty of sleeping space. The room was big. I don’t know if I’ve ever had a room that size in Japan so it was comfortable. The room even was able to fit a second couch which we put to use as well. Vending machines and ice maker on the floor above us made it more convenient. Location is very good. Steps from the metro entrance and maybe only 300 meters away from JR Sakuragicho using the metro walkways. The popular Ichiran Ramen is just steps away as well. Right behind the hotel are restos, bars, and a few clubs. You will hear some street noise in the evening especially after work This didn’t bother us, but it might others. You can request a higher floor if ever.

I took a gamble on the Breezbay even though there were other hotel chains in the area I knew better. I stayed here for five nights. While I had a nice stay, I feel things could’ve been so much better. Firstly, it’s a very old building. While my room as a whole looked good I noticed so many imperfections when I actually stopped to look. The edges of the desk and dresser drawers were splintered and worn away. There were scuff marks on the walls and sink. The grout around the tub was cracking. There seemed to be a scorch mark on the bathroom ceiling. None of these things ruined the experience but it tells the story of a room that’s in need of a touch up. The building itself doesn’t look very inviting either. It seems very dark on the inside and the outside marquee wasn’t on either. It makes it stand out amongst all the other hotels and restaurants with their bright signs. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel for my stay was that the site listed they had an indoor pool and public bath. This statement is true but what they don’t tell you is the you must PAY to use them. And it’s not cheap either; it’s about 1600 yen per use. There is no discount or free use for the guests. Part of the reason I like Japanese hotels is for the public bath and for me to be blocked from using them by a pay wall is frustrating. The spa portion is lacking as well. It’s one room where you can book a massage. Don’t let the name fool you. This is just a regular hotel. There are too few amenities for it to be called a “resort” or “spa”. There are some positives: the room was clean, the staff is helpful and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, attractions and shopping. And I did have a pleasant stay while I was there. But the fact you have to pay for the pool and bath was really a deal breaker for me. I think for my next trip to Yokohama I’ll stick with the hotel chains that I know offer these amenities for free.

Hotel is located just next to the Sakuragi Station waking distance in just 60sec. Front staff was very kind and friendly. Valued price for limited budget. Lounge was less than expected. Room is ok for stay alone.
