Perfect Honey Hole!!!”
I do not give reviews EVER, but I have to for this place bc it’s like the perfect hidden spot in Palm Beach, Aruba. This hotel has a long history and yes it is a little old but the bed was wonderful, the AC worked great and fantastic showers/bathroom. You are literally smack dab in the heart of the restaurants and nightlife. Who stays in their room ALL DAY in Aruba??? I was able to get an UNREAL price per night when a 24hr “Flash Sale” popped up and it was a DEAL!! The free breakfast(if you choose that package) was excellent. There is plenty enough to eat and it was good and if you are still hungry GO GET MORE!! My room was clean and the staff is very nice and welcoming. Very nice pool w pool bar too. If you are a nit picker complainer that needs top of the line everything, stay somewhere else. If you enjoy a simple hotel that has a long history in this area and want the PERFECT and I MEAN PERFECT location for nightlife,food and beach this is it hands down. BTW the beach is right across the street!! I’m still here as we speak writing this review. I actually came to Aruba by myself to get away from work and stress back home in the US and this place provided me exactly what I needed. (*Note they are doing renovations a little at a time and will stop/take break during peak season. Im here for 9 days with no disturbances. Dec. 12-21st.) Enjoy your time in Aruba!!!!!

The location of the Brickell Bay Hotel is amazing because main attraction and best hotels are around with beautiful shopping stores and the best restaurants. The staff are great, friendly and really nice honest people. They offer free breakfast and they serve freely nutritious breakfast daily, all you can eat. The price for a night fabulous and prices we all we can afford to pay. This is our third time coming to this hotel since June 2021 and we will continue coming here to this amazing hotel. Thank you to all staff at Brickell Bay for your hospitality, warm welcome and for being so nice to all your customers. We will see you soon!

Hotel room was clean and very cool (AC) which is great in hot Aruba. Nothing fancy but we spent almost no time in the room. Pool was lovely with a swim up bar. Free breakfast in the AM with a beautiful patio to entry it one. It was tasty. Location you can't beat. 3 min walk to the beach where the hotel has chairs and umbrellas which was key. I highly recommend and plan to return ASAP.

My husband and I went to Aruba for 6 nights and stayed here and it was perfect!!! It wasn’t sketchy for the price! It was a 2 minute walk from the beach! They have umbrellas and beach lounge chairs specifically reserved for Brickell Bay guests! They have a wide variety for as far as complimentary breakfasts go! You also get a 15 minute complimentary massage at the hotel spa which was amazing! We had no issues! No bugs, mold, etc. we had no problems and would definitely come and stay here again! This hotel is also right by all the bigger hotels so it’s right by all the fun night life and good restaurants!

We stayed here and it was an overall wonderful experience. It's not on the beach but a very short walk to the beach. Also a short walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. It had some small issues but not really worth mentioning. It was clean and the staff were wonderful. It's not on the beach and we didn't have a view/ balcony but otherwise wonderful.

The hotel was prefect for the stay. A little outdated but the room was clean and comfortable. The location is amazing you can walk a lot of places but having a rental car was freeing to go around the island without having to pay for tours. Everything from the staff to the beach and pool were absolutely lovely! I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Excellent location very close to nightlife and beach walk is about 5 minutes or they have a golf cart that can bring you down. Pool is nice and quiet. Free breakfast in the morning was decent - eggs, sausage, had brown, breads, cereal etc. Hotel itself was fairly run down but it was mostly clean. After I stayed here I went to another hotel on Eagle beach that was only a little more expensive and noticed a big difference in quality. With so many options in Aruba, I probably won’t come back but I appreciated a comfortable night stay close to the action during my time here.

Worn down but central location”
This hotel certainly show it’s wear and tear - rust, glue patched glass, old fixture - but if you squint your eyes a bit, you can overlook that and enjoy the most clean, large room, and location close to all the Palm Beach shops and restaurants, and a 2 minute walk to the beach.

I’ll start by giving compliments- the hotel crew all of them are very nice and welcoming. Our door lock didn’t work, 3 days we didn’t even noticed, when we leave the room the door stays unlocked, when we noticed immediately spoke with the front desk and they replaced the lock, room 309 now can be locked. The room is in a very bad shape so outdated. The AC so old and loud, can’t keep it on at night. The shower is old and discussing the entire room has rust everywhere and the moisture is terrible everything stays wet in the room. Breakfast is minimal don’t count on it. The pool is tiny we didn’t swim at all the water were dark and suspicious. In overall the hotel must have an overall renovation or it’s a waist of money. Will not go back nor will not recommend, sorry.

The hotel is in a great location, close to beach and food. The hotel is dated, I did hear through staff that it was being updated. Pool had a ring a black scum around it, rooms needed serious updates. Bed was lumpy and pillows were paper thin. Bathroom ceiling had mold on it and the shower curtain was filthy. Would not recommend.

Centrally located, adults only, and reasonably priced for area”
This hotel was super central to many of the main hotels, restaurants, bars, casinos, shopping and beach, especially for the price vs the big hotels. I didn't rent a car and walked to everywhere and it was super safe and easy. Yes, it is not as large, modern, or amenity centered, but it was perfect for a solo escape to Aruba that didn't break the bank. I thought the rooms were decently appointed and cleaned really well everyday, beds very comfy, and wifi worked well my entire stay. I found the staff, especially the bartender at the pool, to be extremely friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint was the sound the air conditioner made in the room. It worked well, but the noise woke me up several times with loud clanking and puttering. Also, the drinks at the pool are completely overpriced, especially when there are so many happy hours with better views and better atmosphere nearby. If you had better prices, you would attract more of a crowd, especially with such nice staff.
