              Great staff, great location and property.”

              This is the second time we have stayed since Bridgestreet has re opened. Ian on reception was around on both occasions, and really looked after us, nothing is too much trouble, I have rang a few times to ask various questions, and Ian was so helpful. The apartments are fully fitted with kitchens, dishwasher, washing machines. Everything you can possibly need. The location is in the heart of Liverpool 1 plenty of shops bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartments are spotless, and what I really like is how apartments are sealed, and left for 24hours between customer’s. The seal is only broken when you open the door.Maximising safety for the COVID Crisis. Would highly recommend the apartments and would certainly go back again.

              Fantastic location, would definitely stay again”

              The location is ideal, smack bang in the middle of the busy shopping area. Central to bars and restaurants also. Facilities were clean and everything you need is in the apartment. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for weekend accommodation or for families travelling. Place was very quiet considering it’s location and we slept well both nights.

              Favourite Place to Stay”

              Being a frequent visitor to Liverpool I have stayed in many different hotels and this was my 4th stay at Bridge Street . We stayed in a one bed apartment on the 1st floor next to reception. Everything we needed was there and reception staff are so friendly and helpful too. They do have some refurb works going on but apart from the lift being a bit dusty, this didn't affect us at all. Location is the best and I wouldn't stay anywhere else now! Well done to all the lovely staff!

              As a group of 8 friends in liverpool for a hen weekend we had 2 of these apartments next door to each other and both apartments were fantastic they have everything you need for your stay including a washer and dryer. The apartments are right on the doorstep of all the shopping of Liverpool One and Matthews Street is not even 5 mins walk away .. We had an amazing weekend and we are already planning a return visit next year . We will definitely stay here again .

              Amazing location, could not ask for anything better! Only complaint was there seemed to be something wrong with the couch and kept sitting on what felt like a very hard piece of wood with no stuffing, but really did not make or break the trip!

              Spacious, comfortable, value for money in an awesome location ”

              The apartment is right in the Liverpool One shopping area. Extremely convenient and just 10mins walk to Liverpool Lime St station. We even walked to Liverpool Cathedral from the apartment (about 20mins). The apartment is well equipped. We did simple cooking using the microwave and a bit of boiling over the electric hob. But there are lots of food options in the area. Great dishwasher n washing machine. (Laundry detergent pods provided!) A small negative point is that the hot water is only boiled once a day... I ran out of hot water when I was showering on the 1st night (cos I did a load of laundry). However, u can easily turn a dial n wait 20-30mins for the water in the storage tank to heat up water again. I also didn't like that the doors in the apt can't stay open. But we solved it by using paper as door stoppers. Front desk staff - very friendly and helpful.
