The property was clean, well presented and looked the same as in the advertisement. It was easy to access the property and it felt safe and secure. The beds are very comfortable and we had mostly everything we needed with regards to amenities. Antonio was quick to reply to emails relating to a couple of issues we encountered and they were resolved promptly and efficiently.
There was little to no cleaning products which meant we had to ask for some to be brought to us. The toaster wasn’t working when we got there which also meant we had to have one brought out to us by the house keeper (but this was all done quickly and effectively). The location was a bit out of the way and we were worried about leaving our cars on the streets for the weekend, fortunately there were no issues with this.

Close to the station”

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They answered my queries quickly. The location is close to Temple meads station and about 20 mins walk to the city harbour.
There was a cigarette smoke smell in the living room. On the Saturday, there was loud music playing from midday until 11pm. There aren't any clubs or restaurants around, that we noticed, therefore I'm not sure if it was just locals playing music. I understand this isn't really in the control of Brunel loft apartments, also I'm not sure how often this happens. However, it is something to be mindful, if you are planning to stay in.
