I had a nice stay for one night in January 2023 at the Budget Motel in Titusville. At first glace, the motel appears pretty rough, but the room I stayed in was actually quite nice on the inside--the bed was clearly new, the bathroom had been recently remodeled and was working great, water was hot and wifi was fast, the television and refrigerator worked well. I did not use the microwave. Staff was friendly and courteous about questions or assistance with the room (they will install new door locks for card readers rather than traditional keys because the locks are a little wonky). I understand it was a good value given peak season pricing, and the location is right off the main road through Titusville. If you need an affordable place and don't mind the area, I would recommend this motel.
