Very strategic location and quite accessible. Strong water pressure and stable wifi signal. Very basic room but a good option for budget conscious travelers needing a place to stay in Malaybalay.

Convenient”
The hotel is just at the main highway, near Gaisano mall and restaurants. Also, near city plaza, capitol grounds and kaamulan grounds. The standard room has enough space for 2 but might be difficult if you have big luggages. The T&B is also clean and there is hot shower. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Pretty decent hotel well located”
All was good in and about the hotel except the fact that they wanted to charge me Peso 50 per plate and Peso 30 per bowl and additional for ice and for using their cutlery which is not customer service and never heard of. Upon asking for a refund they agreed not charge me. Agoda should advice hotels for proper customer service

I am okay with the place, and I was there from 5th April to 8th April not 10th so I need to be reimbursed for 2 days. The hotel has records on that. Confirm from the hotel and reimburse me back into my account. Thanks.

Worth the price, good location”
Quite comfortable bed, price was worth it. Good location, near the main road, banks and eating establishments. Internet wifi signal inside the room was not strong though.

Deluxe Room is too small ”
Deluxe room space is too small. Water supply in the shower is no good. Hotel location is the only advantage that you would get if you can tolerate the noise of the vehicles passing by. Near the hiway. Near the mall.

Dissapointed somewhat”
I did not expect that a newly opwned hotel would have so many maintenance issues in 1 room. Bathroom Tap. Poor peeling frayed decor. Extremely small bathroom. Hotel Facade is nice Rooms very poor and expensive.

Very Basic Business Hotel”
I saw how the hotel came about because during that time we were temporarily residing in the city. I was even impressed onits external structure. Now that we were given a chance to stay overnight, I was disappointed. I was expecting somewhat similar to how it stands outside. At any rate, the hotel has a high potential. Maybe, it just need an experienced manager.

Good for short stay”
Next to Chowking and a few steps from Gaisano Mall. The executive room I booked had no windows so I opted for a cheaper one with a bathroom that had one, plus free breakfast. The shower curtain was moldy though and the floor tended to flood. The first night, I discovered too late that the mattress had blood stains (visible through the bed sheet). The hotel replaced it the following day. Wifi was strong. Good selection of TV channels.

Good old hotel”
Recommended for travelers who wants to be in the center of the city. Near to everything that the city can offer in terms of commercial things. Old hotel that needs renovation. A bit gloomy and facilities is a bit dilapidated. A fresh coat of paint and bright lights are recommended.

Place is awfully maintained. Sofa at the reception is dirty, walls have cracks and moldy.”
They seem to have enough (even.more) staff but the general ambiance is that of dirty and moldy. There are cracks on the walls where water sips in already, thus, moldy. The first room assigned to me smelled of paint. And the inner side of the door is so dusty. Though staff was very quick to respond to my request for a change of room. Lights at the hall are flickering and dirty door mat lies at the middle of the hall, probably to catch leaks. The only good thing is that I was allowed to is that the lobby was empty during the time I needed to interview a couple of people.

Right next to the Chinese restaurant. Small and tiny spaces of rooms good for an overnight stay but not for long period,there is no breakfast free in online booking. Just within city but somehow easy to get in there but rooms are way too small.

Unpleasant stay”
It was a bad service, the room was not ready when I arrived, no toilet paper, no towels , the shower area was not cleaned up. Hair strands are still on the shower floor.

The Usual Droll ”
Met by a very smiley member of staff, and then when I get to reception The Pope's Favourite Nun happens to be the receptionst. some staff really need to be changed out.
