1. Location : Easy to reach by driving. Exit at Bukit Merah from PLUS Highway. Turn right after toll and Bukit Merah Laketown Resort entrance is on your right. Go inside until you reach main building. For public transport, its quite difficult to reach by bus/train. You have to take cab. We stayed for 2D1N and had late check out as we spent our 2nd day longer at the Waterpark. Good: attentive & friendly staffs especially the bellhop, walking distance to the Bukit Merah Laketown theme park, ample parking lots, has swimming pool, cold & hot shower in the room is working well. Breakfast buffet is average, good thing they have omelette & cereal stations. W...
Fair budget option if you want to check out the Bukit Merah laketown theme park, but only if you are really keen on saving money. The old bedroom gave me asthma, and our bathroom smelled rather rank and had loads of little roaches. The elevator is also wonky, and doesn't respond to you if you want to keep the door open for longer.
The floor was dirty, The wall was so dirty with cope webs, Shower was bad, No shampoo, Full with ants, Chair broken with sharp nails, Bed mites and the balcony was so dirty.
I was suprised to be upgraded from Suria Apartment Bukit Merah to Bukit Merah Laketown Resort with Superior Room. I had a queen size bed, 2 sigle beds and a sofa bed. Just nice for my family of 5. Wonderful stay! Room is clean, hot shower, mini fridge, aircon and an overall spacious room. Most important of all, they got friendly staff and plenty of carpark spaces.
Ok good hotel for traveler from kl /perlis to sleep and relax after long driving. Situated near bkt merah resourt and taiping town and we go there we have to think a tol payment. Hotel itself didn't give any food services but it's near with various food courts and stall such as KFC etc.o

The representative comes late and i need to call him for heads up. He should be notified that i book the room.

I booked 2 nights to stay. End up we just stayed for 1 night. Very bad experience with the facilities and amenities. Wasted my money and time with family.
