Very good accomodation ”

Simple room set-up, yet very convenient. The shower area is a mini-bathtub, and vending machine in the same floor. There are lots of manga in the reception lounge, too. And the location is very good, close to Tenmonkan-Dori Rail station (not for JR Pass). About 35 minutes walk to Kagoshima-Chuo Station for JR Pass (including the Shinkansen).

Very nice hotel”

it is a really nice hotel although it is a little bit old , the location is extremely convenient, the staff are nice and the facilities are satisfactory , all the things were nice during my stay. I recommend this hotel for budget traveller.

Fair location but with old facility”

The carpet and chair are with stain and there is no elevator to the ground floor, that you need to carry the luggage up and down the stairs... and we have paid the hotel fee online but they asked us to pay again, make sure you double check it....

繁華街には近いから非常に便利。 近くの駐車料金が高いので、宿泊代が安くても、結局は高くつく。 テレビのリモコン操作がうまくいかなかったし、番組の嘉数が少ない。 建物が古い割には部屋は綺麗だし、静かで良い。

ホテルの問題ではありません。 AGODAサイトの問題です。 ホテルについて、和室二部屋、各3人での家族と伝えたところ、部屋は2人だけ、2部屋予約となっている、と 言われた。 AGODAの予約内容を示したところ、海外サイトは、こういうことがあるんですよね、と困った顔をしながらも、便宜をはかっていただい、ほぼ同じ値段で、一部屋、大きな部屋に変えてくれた。 ホテルとしては、最善の対応してくれたので、〇ですが、このサイト、XXXX　だめ！！です。

2017年後半に内装をリニューアルしたビジネスホテル”

鹿児島出張の際に、二泊利用させていただきました。ロケーションは鹿児島の繁華街、天文館公園すぐそばの脇道を入ったところすぐで、便利な場所です。高速バス天文館バス停まで歩いて5分弱といったところでしょうか。 ビジネス用ホテルになっており、2017年後半にリニューアルしたと思われる部屋内は清潔で、またそこそこの広さをもっています。無料無線LAN完備（場所によって若干電波は弱いですが）、室内も十分明るく部屋内で作業することも可能です。デジタルTV・冷蔵庫・湯沸かし器が利用可能、電源コンセントは多数あります。ただし、執務机はありませんのでTVを脇にどけて作業することになります。ユニット式でかつシャワーブースのみ、浴槽は無いタイプではあるものの、リニューアル後の浴室はきれいで快適です。シャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープは紅茶の香りという少し面白いものでした。ひげそり・歯ブラシはあります。ただし、綿棒やシャワーキャップ、スポンジなどはありません。バスタオルは清潔で肌触りもよく気持ちよく使えました。ベッドは広いですが、バスローブではなく丹前でした。 ホテル内に有料番組用のTVカード、飲み物の自動販売機はありますが、コインランドリーはないので長期出張時に洗濯ができるかはわかりません。浴室内に洗濯干しケーブルはありません。部屋内にホテルサービスの説明がないため、ランドリーサービス・マッサージ等のルームサービスが利用できるかはわかりませんでした。 一階のフロントにはマッサージ椅子、時間を区切ってのコーヒーサービス、マンガ本の貸出があるようです。フロント内の係員の方は、親切で気持ちのよい対応でした パックで利用できる宿泊者用の朝食は非常に簡素です。最近の美味しい朝食サービスを想定しているとがっかりするので、素泊まりで利用し近隣ホテルの朝食を利用するのも良いかもしれません。 なお、自分は気になりませんでしたがエレベータ内への連れ込み禁止の掲示を見る限り、リニューアル前はビジネスホテルというよりは場所柄、ブティックホテルとしても利用されていたのかもしれない雰囲気があります。このことは家族連れなどで利用する場合、気になさる方がいらっしゃるかもしれません。 天文館周辺はホテル激戦区で各ホテルがサービスを競っていますので、このホテルも今後どういう風に改善していくのか楽しみなところがあります。

位置方便。酒店性價比高”

位處天文館旁，位置非常方便。酒店整體整潔但舊派，房間使用鑰匙而非拍卡或密碼，對一些人來說會略嫌不夠安全。本人非吸煙者但住在吸煙樓層感覺亦無問題。房間對背包客來說空間足夠，看來亦可勉強打開一隻行李箱。整體來說性價比不俗。
