I like staying at Business Inn but every time I checked in the room, it just smells really bad! I think they need to refurbish! I even tried staying in their CEO room but unfortunately I can't sleep of the smell. I like their food though and the staffs are really nice.

If you want a hotel in the heart of Bacolod city and located near most of the places to eat, Business inn is a no frills hotel that provides good accommodations. Don’t expect swimming pool, gym or nice views. But if you just need a comfortable place to stay, convenient location (near Manokan Country, SM, and market), inexpensive accommodations, and inhouse restaurant that serves good food, this is a top choice.

I’ve stayed at Business Inn for multiple times already since the mid2000s. While the staff is very accommodating and organized, we couldn’t help notice that the building is already showing it’s age. Though it’s still a good venue for for events and the sheets are clean, the main facility is already getting old and we can easily see that maintenance is becoming difficult. It would be nice if the owners can refurbish the rooms, repair/replace worn out furniture, and make the hotel look new again. Room sizes are just right but we have to ensure cleanliness is a given.

Breakfast was not included in my room price. when I tried to book an extra day they said its a large saving to book direct and they Quoted 1196 pesos whereas Agoda was charging 2040 with a 30 peso cashback. What kind of deal is that? Even though I asked for a lower floor I was given a room on the 3 rd floor and i am a senior and the building has no elevator. Inside the Toilet, the toilet tank was Cracked so the water was leaking all over the toilet floor. There were no rugs to dry the feet and the small TV did not have a remote,
