"All staff friendly and considerate couldn’t be more helpful seeing that I had had a part knee 10 days earlier and my wife had a broken wrist in plaster room small but it was booked at last minute and last room available but nice and clean and tidy good Wi-fi "

"I booked a room at this hotel as a birthday treat and the visit was incredible from start to finish. We were greeted by lovely staff that were incredibly welcoming and upbeat, open to having a conversation which I loved, this is surprisingly rareally in my experience and it made us feel more at home. The room was amazing!! For booking a standard room we were expecting a small room with basic amenities however, we were given a huge room (room 007) that was fitted with air-conditioning, floor length windows and beverage facilities. I especially loved the most free mirror in the bathroom, something so simple but makes a huge difference and you certainly notice and appreciate it. I want to further highlight the wonderful service of the Sleeperz staff as they were lovely throughout our stay and will be definitely returning and recommending this hotel in the future."

"Great boutique hotel right in Newcastle city centre. Good value hotel which was spotless. No bar or restaurant during our stay due to refurbishment other wise no complaints. Some floors are not accessible directly via lift so had to carry bags down some stairs. "

"Stayed for 3 nights in junior suite, room was clean fully equipped with stove, micro and fridge with complete utensils. Large bed and comfortable. Shower bathroom is spacious. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel is strategically located in city center. However location at the moment is a little bit disturbed by construction, blocking some access by car to the hotel."
