Comfortable Stay”
I did have a comfortable stay this time. Room was clean. Staff were efficient and patient to answer my enquiries. Thanks Venus and Lyann for assisting my reservations. It might be a bit far from metro station but the tram stop is just a few steps from the hotel so I did find it convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby so I had no worries where to fill my appetite.

This hotel is ideally located in Causeway Bay, near to many restaurants. Our room is very clean with fresh clean towels. Size is comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice, even helped to give us back the mobile phone that was accidentally fell off.

Price performance extremely good, the location is very convenient for my purpose. The room is very spacious, exactly as advertised. The facilities are a bit old (carpet, cabinet, etc) but very clean. Definitely can come back.

Good hotel and good location in Causeway bay”
Pros: staff is friendly and helpful, room is clean, non smoking hotel, great for family with children, there’s a mini fridge, space for luggage storage and a coffee area. Sheets and towels are clean with toiletries provided . Just 5-7 mins walk to Time’s square. I have my daughter with me and we usually stay in a very expensive hotel, but we will be booking again The Butterfly when we stay in Causeway bay are, we had a great stay Cons: nothing really aside from no restaurant in the hotel , but there’s a lot of cafes just outside like 1min walk

Convenient location ”
The hotel is value for money and very convenient to go everywhere in HK by bus. It is in between 2 MTR Station, you need to walk 5 - 10mins from hotel to MTR Station. We were staying at the top floor, there were very loud noise whenever it rain heavily. This is the only disadvantage.

Formerly Butterfly on Morrison”
Excellent staff at Butterfly on Morrison. I hope they were retained when Ease took over. The rooms I've stayed in above the 25 floors are clean and have a great view of Hong Kong. Location is close to Times Square, MTR and trams which makes it convenient to travel the city.

got upgraded to a deluxe room!”
the room had a 50” - 55” smart tv with netflix, amazon prime and youtube, along with 3 HDMI inputs. plus it’s right in front of you when you lay or sit on the bed. do what you will with that info :) also the toilet has 2 doors and a waterfall shower thing. pretty sick. oh and they got electric sockets next to the bed behind the bedside table! pretty rare to find for hotel rooms nowadays lmao anyways, 100% recommended.

Bright and clean, within short walking distance to shopping malls of Causeway Bay. Room is comparatively larger than other hotels in the area. WIFI which is normally pitiful elsewhere had been excellent throughout my stay.

Very nice paranomic view from Grand Room at the top floor. Washroom is larger than the average size you can find in Hong Kong. Lighting is too bright to my liking. Very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows.

Pls tell house keeping service that do not keep knocking the door jusz to change the rubbush bin only for 1 day. Why don't wait for check out befote changing unless the guess ask for it.”
Just first time i encountered a hotel like that. The house keeping keep on knocking the door only for changing rubbush bag at around 10am Aside that it is good and recommended.
