We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights last Oct 18-20, 2019. We are a group of 4 individuals - me and my husband together with my two cousins. Check in process was a quick one, I remember they lend us a free powerbank, monopod, and a clip lens which we returned on the last day of our stay. Receptionists/staff were accommodating specially on our questions regarding easiest way to travel to certain locations. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. There were also a lot of restaurants from affordable ones to mid range, and it is near the convenient stores. Hotel was a 5 to 7 minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Will stay here again.

Before we arrived I informed the hotel that it would be my parents’ 50th anniversary and I asked them if they could prepare something to make their stay more memorable. When the day came, I was happy because they prepared a card and a cake and my mom and dad were delighted when they found it after a long day outside. The pocket wifi which came with the room was a lifesaver during our stay, it was pretty useful in getting our way around the city since we had easy access to the internet and maps. They also have a menu of things you can borrow during the stay which I though was pretty thoughtful of them. Things like adaptors, selfie sticks, cords, powerbanks, etc. Need some luck sometimes though because some items, like the aroma diffuser can all be borrowed out sometimes. The staff were quite friendly and accommodating too.

This hotel is really fantastic. The front staff was polite and kind. We were given an upgrade even without asking for it and so we’ve stayed in a family room. Big space with clean beds, linen, towels. Beautiful interior and exterior. Complimentary bottled water and hot beverages. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel in August, 2019💃🏻 This hotel staff is very kind💞 They are always nice to the guests👍🏻 and lent us umbrellas when it rained☔ It was nice that the hotel window was big, I recommend the high floor🌃 And, the location was really good❣️ It is good to travel to tourist attractions👍🏻👍🏻 many good restaurants around and McDonald's is 30 seconds away🍔🍟 Anyway, it's a perfect hotel! 💯 Ah, I want to go to Hong Kong again🙏🏻 P.S. The frying shop? near the hotel is really delicious🍤

first that caught my attention was the hotel staff, were still outside carrying our luggages and 3 of them went out and greeted us at same time got our luggages. very friendly and accommodating. second, the hotel itself, its so tidy and the location was perfect near the restaurants & shopping malls. third, we were there in the midst of NcOv outbreak, the hotel & staff practice strict infection control and they gave print out guidelines to every room as well. Overall, i really recommend this hotel your money is worth it! Definitely, we will stay here again on our next visit.

Room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Staff was also very polite and professional...they were vert accommodating to my request for a late check out. However, the wifi signal wasn't very strong. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

Perfectly positioned for a family holiday in Hong Kong”
This is less than a 5 minute walk to the MTR station and 3 minutes from the Airport Express K4 bus stop. The family room accommodated our 5 person family although the double beds are very small. The shower was amazing, hot and high pressure. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future
