Nice and comfy”
We had a very pleasant stay at C & L Suites Inn. The location is perfect as it is situated just across the Dumaguete Cathedral and main park. Bustling Rizal Boulevard is also a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is also well-maintained and kept tidy. Staff from the reception to housekeeping are very attentive and friendly.

very clean and I like the buffet breakfast they serve. The staff at the restaurant was very polite, good service. My request for a room with a window that has a city view was not granted by the hotel, they did not even explain to me why, I was so tired when I checked in and doesn't have the energy to ask them since I am confident I requested it and Agoda says they recieved my request and forwarded it to C&L Suites Inn. I really hope next time a customer makes a request they will grant it or if they can't, they at least explain why they can't provide the said request

C&l provides a good location to get around Dumaguete, my only complaint was in earlier reviews stated they had hot showers, not so during my 8 day stay.

Stay in the hotel for 3 nights in October as transfer. We made a reservation for two rooms and two beds for six people. The hotel's location is very good, opposite the bell tower, behind the bell tower is the vegetable market and fruit market. The market is full of fruit, with 80 pesos per kilo of durian! Very delicious durian! Within 1 minute walk outside the hotel, McDonald's, bank, square. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the laundromat, the marlorie, the duma gedi pier (boat to siquijor island), the university of ciliman, the moon cafe, and many more restaurants. Laundry, up to 7 kilograms of laundry, laundry and drying, 260 pesos! Next door to the laundromat is machete, 250 pesos full body massage for one hour! The mooon cafe, web celebrity, is 300 meters by foot. The hotel has plenty of hot water. The boys were not afraid to choose a room with a window. We chose the windowless one. Sleep is excellent. Public market, covenience store, church are just 2 minutes walk away from hotel. Only downside is the limited parking slot specially during office hours. Small rooms but comfy bed. Linens have some slight stains so thats where management must improve on. Breakfast is not that good but hey no complains here since its free 😉. You definitely get what you pay for.

For a cheap price, the room was pretty good. Cold aircon, comfy beds, cable TV, nice bathroom. The location is awesome. Walking distance from the belfry, public market, boulevard, park, etc. Free breakfast -- the longganisa was very tasty and also the scrambled egg, pineapple and orange juice.

If you are looking for budget-friendly accomodation within the heart of the city, then this place is good for you. Be findful though, that they have limited parking, but you can park beside the nearby road if there's available parking space.

Very good except for housekeeping. Housekeeping will not provide automatically the basic toiletress they supplied. You still need to inform the frontdesk. Room should have a complimentary coffee, hair dryer and other things for a suite room.

Very accommodated staffs especially the guard. We enjoyed our stay. The location is very good. The only thing that made me disappointed was the wifi connection in our room. It was not stable. But other than that, thumbs up for this hotel. Thank you so much ☺️

The room (209h was excellent! Strong wifi, clean, comfortable bed. No noise at night after 11pm, but could hear everything from the lobby on the 2nd floor. No traffic noise, which was great! Breakfast is ok; egg and rice and meat. Hot showers, big enough room, great movies for a rainy day and can walk to the Blvd, mall and Ceres bus terminal (or 10 peso everywhere). Unfortunately, no tour companies offering anything and front desk couldn't help. But the Cebu pacific and Philippine air booking offices are directly next door and could book flights! Overall, was impressed and extended my stay. Safe and comfortable and clean.

Rooms are nice and comfortable. Stayed in a superior roomm on the six floor facing the city any mountains. Nice night view and very peaceful. Rooftop dining is beautiful at night and breakfast was complimentary. Bathroom decor is very nicely tiled with matching show er doors.

The location is downtown Dumaguete which is good. Downside is noise from motor vehicles and some kind of siren blaring once sometime between 9pm and 10pm. There are small cockroaches in the toilet.
