Would definitely stay again”
The hotel is conveniently located walking distance to Lampang Bus station accessible through a side street. You can get a song taew (truck taxis) for around 20thb per person which can take you around town. Big C is down the street and around the corner. There are a few food shops including 7-11 down the street. The staff were very friendly and accommodating but we communicated with them in Thai. The room, including toilet, was big with a small LCD TV, refrigerator, balcony and it had an electric kettle. If I need a hotel in Lampang, I would definitely book here again.

Just ok for one night!”
Honestly, don't get the 5* reviews! The owner was very helpful, the rest of the staff less so, maybe a language issue, too difficult to say HELLO or GOOD MORNING in Thai, to a falang. Room was ok, aircon less so, worked miserably, had to turn it to 19C at midnight to actually get the room cooled down (in November, when it really is not hot outside!). Limited parking at the back of the house. Breakfast consists of toast and jam and Nescafe (good coffee is extra).

The rooms are very old basic maintenance cobweb in the bathroom scale everywhere traces of rust around the taps the icing on the cake it smells of tastes in the whole room

Great Hotel on a Budget”
We stayed here for 1 night and it was convenient and very comfortable. Coming from Chiang Mai, we stepped off the bus and walked 50 meters to the hotel! Taxis are easy to get from the bus station for 20 baht to the city center. On our way out, we waited in the aircon lobby for about 3 hours waiting for our night bus to Bangkok, which made the time fly. We loved the large bathroom/shower and very comfortable bed (seriously, I don't usually notice this but it was great!). The air conditioning was effective and overall the room was very nice. For the price you can't get better than C2! And taxis are available until later in the evening if you want to go out in Lampang (although there wasn't much nightlife to choose from...)

The C2 Resident Hotel was nice, espcecially for the price. The people working there were nice, there was a rstaurant and so close to the bus station. I enjoyed my time there and would definitely stay there again.

Very much enjoyed my stay in Lampang, girl on reception was so friendly despite no speaking much English, actually everyone I met in Lampang was very friendly! Very comfortable room with twin beds, large fridge, good AC and fast WIFI. Very close to bus station also, would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Good hotel but can still be improved ”
Pons: 1. Helpful and patient reception especially the elder lady. They tried their best to give many advice. 2. They offered me a bicycle for free, which definitely facilitated my trip in Lampang. 3. Design of this hotel is so gorgeous and the environment is full of green elements that I could be refreshed after my tiring whole day. The standard room I stayed for two nights is big and clean. 4. The location is ideal as it is so closed to the bus station (less than 200m). cons: 1. When I checked in, they said there wasn't an immigrant card in my passport.. And had the possibility to report me to the Customs.. Actually I really had no idea why she mentioned this as It was my first time that I had been requested like this during my whole trip in Thailand for 15 days.. 2. The deposit for the key is 300 baht that is much higher than other hotels.. The common standard for Thai hotels is 100 baht I think. 3. Check out time is noon, but when I checked out there was nobody in the reception.. A waste of time..

Lovely place less than 5 minutes walk from Lampang bus station. Lovely people managing the place. Very helpful. The wifi was very good. The room was clean and the shower had nice hot water. There's a fan as well as aircon. A nice feature is the corner glass windows looking out on the balcony. I felt at home here.

Small and clean hotel not easy to find”
The room is small but good enough to stay one night for transit to other city. We had free coffee and bread for breakfast which is good since they had not mention while booking it.There is no elevator. The hotel located very closed to the bus station and there are a lots of local food available. I am self drive so make it a little harder for me to locate the hotel. Now I knew the place I will stay here again for my next trip to Lampang.

The staff gave us a warm welcome and although there were some language issues, helped us getting around Lampang. Would recommend this hotel if you have a stopover and want to be close to the bus & train station.

Excellent Location Close to the Bus Station!”
This hotel was a real treat after so many other budget hotels on my trip in Thailand! The rooms was equipped with a comfy bed, fridge, flat screen, and dvd player. The best part was the location...steps away from the bus station. I was coming from Chiang Rai and heading out to Suhkothai and it was a nice break to see another non-touristy town. The hotel was also very close to the Big C which is a great place to pick up a bite in the food court and also I picked up some yummy things for breakfast and my bus ride the next day. Tuk Tuk was about 30 baht to the bustling downtown area, but generally the city was very easy to walk about in. Rooms were extremely clean - seemed to have a plastic sheet which I didn't like from a comfort factor but from a cleanliness factor, it makes perfect sense. The hotel conveniently has a coffee bar downstairs in the lobby - but wear your bug spray as the little fountain outside attracts mozzies!

Quiet stay for recuperation, close to transport”
Last leg of stay, for recuperating before returning home flying from Chiang Mai. Nice and convenient location close to Lampang Bus Terminal. Selection of shops in vicinity. Family run hotel; and new-ish. Host Ben is most accommodating and arranged for early check-in as I arrived early. Hotel provides complimentary toast and coffee for breakfast even though not stated in booking. All staff friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Small hotel with friendly staff”
Even if they spoke only a few words in English, all staff was always smiling and very helpful as soon as the message got through ;) the hotel is located a little further from the center, but since it is a small town, it's not far at all. The service was very good for the cheapest price we had paid so far for a double room. We only stayed one night but it was very convenient.

A New Hotel with Friendly Service”
definitely worth the money. this hotel is brand new, and owned by a family. the owner is friendly and helpful. our room was very clean and neat, and i enjoyed the wide-screen tv with the dvd player. the shower was nice, and the bathroom had a door that led out to a small patio. i spoke with the owner. it was a very nice stay, and i will be back. the location is good for seeing the city, and one can catch a taxi easily, right outside the bus station (50 meters away), for only 20 baht.
