Pros: Fast check in. Clean all through out. Comfy bed. Cons: Aircon has minor leak. Ordinary basic table and divider do not match well with the classy ambiance of the interior. We still enjoyed our short stay

The place is good. It is clean and complete. The only thing is that the water heater is not working and the aircon is dripping which is very inconvenient But over all the place is clean and the location is very accessible since we are just right ín front of NAIA terminal 3.

It's very close to the Airport. The staff of the Condo are friendly and accommodating. Room is clean and spacious and the extra sofa bed was used by my 5 yo as her own bed. We have not used the pool and playground. There are food shops walking distance or a delivery when you get hungry. Overall great experience and I will definitely book and recommend this place again.

It's just walking distance away from terminal 3. Best of all it is CLEAN and everything works fine! If you're looking for a place where it is clean and everything inside it works in good condition, then book this now.! It feels good that you do not have to call someone for this and that because everything is there.

the place is magnificent! the hist and the housekeeper are the best! I arrived very late and they are very understanding. the room is beyond your expectation. the place is so close to terminal 3 so everything us convenient restaurant malls are all around. thank you Ms. Cecil and Ms. Sheila❤️🙏

Needs improvement”
Airconditioner was not working properly, I called the manager to fix the problem. A tech checked the aircon and said it needs cleaning. After that, nobody came back to fix the problem. 2 chairs inside the room were broken. Told the care taker regarding this. Overall, it was an OK experience but you can look else where with the same amount of price but better.

So far, this unit is THE STANDARD. Kudos to this unit's owner, manager, and go-to cleaning service. It was super clean and the facilities were almost complete. I would say the service was at par with hotel rooms. Thank you very much for making my brief stay very comfortable!

You can cook in the unit, we only stayed for few hours due to our connecting flight but we recommend the place its spacious. We are a family with one young kid

Quick escape for our kiddo”
My niece surely did had a wonderful stay. She enjoyed the pool and the play ground kahit it was raining a bit when we were there. I didn’t expect the place to be that spacious. It was definitely beyond my expectation. Everything you need is around the listing, you name it! We all had fun for sure. They were very accommodating, I appreciate it. Until next time! ❤️

It is clean and safe. Staffs are kind. The host has given right instruction for finding the location and to do the self check-in. Right location for COVID test before the departure and easy to go to the T3.
