Nice staff however wanted to pay for £10 for a later check out so stayed the second day at another hotel should of been just complimentary had there been space. The first guy I spoke to advised ok Over phone then the lady I spoke to face to face said required payment. The jacuzzi was not in function. No second towel for my partner no towel / bath mat for floor of bathroom . I will stay elsewhere next time . Not what I’m used to in regards hospitality and room requirements for towels. No return visit for me.

Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Facilities very good. Small but adequate pool. Jaccuzi also good. My room was spacious, quiet and a comfy bed. Lovely night's sleep. The hotel had a lovely air to it. I'd definitely go again. Yes you have to pay for parking, personally not a problem for me as the room cost was great value. I did find the staff particularly helpful and friendly in reception and in the bar and restaurant. Breakfast was a pleasant experience, lots if choice, minor point the toasters are VERY slow. No real problem. All round very good and I'd be more than happy to stay here again or recommend to others. ❤

Nice hotel, pet friendly”

Was a really nice hotel the staff were nice and helpful, location etc is perfect for those needing access to the motorway. Only drawback is the bathroom is a bit tired and needing updated the room itself was really nice just this one point otherwise it was a great stay.

Noisy”

Very noisy with guests going back and forth to rooms from some kind of party for the majority of the night. Not the place on a weekend if you’re looking for a quiet relaxing break

Good clean good value hotel for the money”

Impressive lobby, bedrooms large, spacious, breakfast ideal, lots of choice. Attached spa/gym excellent. Steam/sauna rooms working. Location good for Birmingham. No real concerns although bedrooms could benefit from upgrading to include air con as some have no through flow of cool outside air due to position around courtyard. Staff friendly. 9/10.

old run down place”

i can't recommend this place, as it is old and not worth the money. it is quiet and in a convenient location, but simply too old. it needs a thorough renovation.

Dirty!”

After a 3 hour drive all you want to do is check in quick take a shower and get into bed! Check in took about 20min the guy at reception was really slow and took his time even though it was well past midnight. I took my bath and next day I woke up in rashes all over my skin. The bed had a dirty food stain in it which was not just a colour stain but actually food stuck to the bed sheets. Horrible ! Couldn’t wait to checkout

I found the venue to be really good. The room very comfortable and clean with everything I needed. Nothing broken or shabby anywhere other than the dining room chairs need reupholstered. The inclusive dinner was a little expensive but very pleasant. The desert was fabulous choices and tasted great. Breakfast was good with a good selection My only criticism of staff was the receptionists - not very welcoming and friendly - I was tired after the journey and asked probably a lot of questions. Altogether a very enjoyable stay though

Nice place, great price. A bit remote, but it wasn't a big problem for me. The only downside is lack of Wi-Fi. If you want Wi-Fi in your room, you need to pay £7 extra per day!! This is XXI century and I had WiFi included even in 3rd world countries, so what is that? The problem is that Agoda offer said that WiFi is included.

I needed checking in 2pm instead of 3pm but the staff didn’t help me at all or didn’t give me any option. The room was empty but it was a matter of cleaning only. He was very rude.

Easy friendly check and then it went downhill fast. Executive room. It was very dated and needed a good clean. Bathroom was very poor and in desperate need of updating.. extra £7 per day for wi-fi and extra charge to use the pool. Extra £5 to deliver food tray to room. Very noisy and coach parties staying here. Would definitely not go back here..
