Helpful staff, esp when our room had no power on the 2nd day :-)”

A busy hotel, lots happening with meetings, conferences, visitors yet not especially noisy. Lots of space inside and out. Spa good but not luxurious. Swimming pool good; if 4 or more in there you can’t do lengths easily, lovely kiddies pool attached and access to outside space; steam room; shower and changing facilities.

We really enjoyed staying here. Didn’t eat dinner at the restaurant (we went out). But had an awesome breakfast on both mornings. Kids were made to feel welcome, and staff were friendly. Will definitely return if ever in that part of the country again

I was only staying one night, so had no opportunity to use many of the facilities (strictly B&B, arrive late, depart early). The staff were efficient and pleasant The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, but a long way from Reception, Bar & Restaurant. The breakfast offered a very wide range of choices: what I had was good.

Staff here were lovely but the car park had not been gritted which meant that trying to move your vehicle on the ice/or indeed stand up was treacherous. (this was after a week of cold weather and snowfall, so by now you would expect them to be prepared). The hotel was very grand at first glance, but a bit shabby and dated in actuality. The facilities were fairly good it seems but we didn;t have a chance to use the spa. The hotel restaurant food was fairly average, but again the staff were really friendly.

Starting from the reception the staff at the hotel were charming and nice. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting our daughter at the university of Warwick and had my own vehicle.The only minus I could mention was the dinner as the soup we had was a potatoe puree and was not well presented either. The breakfast was great but lacked choice after having the same thing during the five days we were there.There were three members on the staff two at the reception one at the restaurant during breakfast time who were exceptional but all in all the staff were well trained and very helpful. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends in Hong Kong and Sri Lanka if they ever visit the midlands in the UK.

FROM WALKING INTO THE NICE AND WARM RECEPTION TO CHECKING OUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE ESP THE BATHROOM WHICH WAS EXCELLENT. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD , VERY ATTENTIVE STAFF. OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A NICE QUIET STAY ESP IN THE WINTER MONTHS.

Very pleasant stay. Everything was of a very good standard. Kenilworth Castle is worth a visit and is only a few minutes drive away.
