Advertised as BandB. No breakfast Tiny room. Very tiny bathroom with mould on ceiling. Met landlord who spent time explaining fines and car clamping system and "idiot of a neighbour" No other contact. Glad to leave

It was okay but too many rules and impersonal touches other than that it was OK and seemingly enjoyed our stay

Comfortable ”
Comfortable room, clean and good location close to local shops and restaurants. Only downsides were that although WiFi information was shown on the notice board we couldn’t connect and had no signal at all. Also, the number for the guest house is not answered very often So when we wanted to extend our stay it was impossible to contact someone.

Room No 1 needs a new bed and pillows it squeaked just sitting on it and mattres uncomfy. In the time of pandemic, I understand not leaving toiletries but surely there should be soap in bathroom

Value for money great ”
The room was basic but all we needed only issue was the bed was very noisy !! Ever slight movement caused a creaking noise causing you to wake up ! Pillows could do with replacing!!!!

Lovely and Clean - Good value for money ”
This was a great venue. The only trouble for us was there was no mobile signal in our room and the WiFi wasn't working. So we really struggled and as I have my own business even though on holiday I always need access to my systems because of the nature of the work I do. So this was disappointing as it is one of the main criteria I check when I book accommodation.

Very Comfortable Stay”
Enjoyed stay lovely quiet heard no traffic noise at all and no noise from anyone else.Big comfortable bed had free parking space and dressing table.plenty of storage space big windows with lovely views.I would definitely stay here again.Aproximately 10 mins walk down to lake.Buses run past hotel.

I didn't see anyone whilst I was stay and my room wasn't cleaned once, I felt safe and it was in great location but very very disappointing

Great location Value for money”
Location mid way between Windermere and Bowness. Room a little small and Covid restrictions meant no breakfast. We did not meet the owners again down to restrictions but no issues at all. Overall good value for money and I would happily stay again.

Fantastic stay for 2 nights”
Had a brilliant stay. Close to windermere center and bowness as you are in the middle. Room clean and tidy. Had a great 2 nights! Would stay here again.

Lovely clean guest house and great location agoda need to change descriptions as it was advertised as bed and breakfast but didn’t know until we arrived that it was room only

Great stay”
Loved our little space, it was nice and cosy. We felt great coming back to a nice room where we could just relax. Only issues were, we were near the main entrance so could hear everyone coming in and out or in corridor and the bed was very squeaky.
