After years of prem inns etc we decided to try a slightly more posh hotel, we were not disappointed, completely different league. Room was clean and spacious with a nice view, bed very comfortable breakfast was very enjoyable overall we would definitely come back x

Great hotel outside Bristol”

If you want a break just outside Bristol then this hotel is great. Set in own grounds and with a sports club attached. Great beds, clean room and good breakfast.

Lovely hotel - shame about the rude bouncer that ruined our night ”

Stayed after work Christmas party. Lovely hotel and food. Shame about the excessively rude bouncer that ruined the night - I hope that this is resolved for future events - afterall, this is a lovely countryside hotel, not a city centre nightclub with bar brawls!

Fun times with friends”

Had a great stay again in the Double Tree Hilton, always friendly staff and the facilities are excellent. Will come back again next year.

Excepcional”

Room size was fantastic, bed comfortable, clean and tidy room, staff were helpful. Spa facilities were great. Shame there was swimming lessons in the pool as this made it less relaxing. Breakfast is a bit pricey. £12.50 if you pre-book at reception, £18 if you just turn up! And it's self service!

A great choice of venue”

We had a great stay, the rooms were very good although I did find the bed a little too firm . We were attending a family wedding, what a great choice of venue it was. A great time was had by all.

Most impressive Every thing more than satisfactory Quaint numbering of floors ...... Lifts interesting as built on side of hill ! Reception Staff very very impressive All staff that I met were very good, polite & helpful At breakfast Angie stood out Old school, excellent powers of observation, interested in her job, professional, polite etc etc A great asset

Noise in Room”

A great looking hotel with very accommodating and polite staff but....the room we had had very poor sound proofing. Sadly, I didn't get one uninterrupted nights sleep in the three I stayed with them.

Perfect place to stay after our wedding”

We didn't want to shell out for a hugely expensive hotel on our wedding night as we knew we'd be exhausted and likely to crash out! But the room was lovely and still felt special. The staff were lovely and 24 hr room service came in handy as we were starving!

West Country Short Break”

Chose hotel as a base to explore, Bristol, Weston, Bath and on the way home the Cotswolds. Peaceful location, very nice health club, thought room was a bit small compared to what I'm used to staying in when travelling in Asia, but freindly staff. Didnt eat at hotel, so cant say what this wa slike but as it has a Marco Piere White Hotel, assume it was very good

Brillant”

My niece/goddaughter chose this venue for her wedding and it was an excellent choice, the staff couldn't do enough for you, they were very friendly and courteous. Between all the family we had different types of rooms and none of us had any complaints, the layout, the food, the DJ, everything was great, we were impressed and would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel in quiet location”

Our stay at the hotel was lovely - booked last minute and got a great deal. Check in was smooth and room was comfortable. Could have done with a fridge in the room but only a minor annoyance. Buffet breakfast was ok but the staff seemed disorganised and little overwhelmed which seemed odd as they would have known how many people were staying at the hotel. The health club was very nice and well equipped. A good place to stay to explore the local area.

Great stay!”

We stayed recently for an onsite Christmas party. The staff were great and the room a good size with comfortable beds. The catering for the party was very good and organised well. Drinks were reasonable and the room service breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend for onsite events or even for an early departure from Bristol airport.

Good Stop off Point on Long Journey”

Large clean hotel, we used it as a stop off point on a long journey, easy access to motorway, good facilities but can get busy if large functions are on at the hotel. Modern and well designed rooms, would stay again

Amazing Service”

This hotel had great service, really good food, and had an amazing facility for swimming, workouts, etc. Did not eat at the top end resturant, but the normal restuarant was great. You have to check out the spa/workout/swimming facility, if even just to look.
