Room smells!”

The room smells bad and windows are fixed closed. No fresh air. The location is bad. Very dirty and feels unsafe.

Birmingham stay”

We stayed there for two nights mainly for vacation. Hotel was perfectly located. Tram station is behind the hotel and is so convenient to travel the New street station and city(5 mins), cost only 1 pound per person. There are few restaurants close by Dominos, Syrian, and one or two other fast food outlets. Room is spacious, toilets were clean with necessities. Breakfast was great with lot of variety and was mainly a western breakfast. All in all service was excellent and true value for money.

Decent hotel to stay”

Hotel is nice but rooms are too small. Location is fine as Birmingham is not a big city so commuting via Uber or Taxi is around 4-6 pounds where ever you go. Couple of restaurants and tesco is very nearby the hotel. However, breakfast is very average.

There was no car parking provided. Staff not very friendly. Our 3 persons room was not setup when taking the key and need to ask the reception to arrange someone to setup. Not as expected at all.

Perfect location ”

Right around the corner from the Tram which was perfect! Allowed us early check-in which saved us immensely. And lastly a wonderful breakfast! Wish we had found this place first!

Excellent value for money”

The hotel was very centrally located (a 10-15 minute walk) in to the town centre. We had one room with a double bed, double sofa bed and a travel cot (which they provided free of charge). It was cramped but manageable. The bathroom appeared to be recently renovated as it was very modern. The choice of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and body lotion was to a high standard. Free breakfast was excellent with so much choice (including a make your own waffle machine). Staff (particularly the ones on reception) were very friendly and went above and beyond to help ensure we had a great stay

Hotel was lovely and clean, room was nice with a comfy bed, plenty of space, loads of plug sockets, good TV, comfy chairs and a good size desk, lovely shower, breakfast was varied and very enjoyable (but the mushrooms are waaaaay too peppery) and there is a tram station 20 seconds from the hotel.... £1 to go straight to New Street Train station (town centre)! No parking, but the road opposite has a car park that is £3:80 for 24 hours, loads of space! Really enjoyed my stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Good Location and Good Value for Money”

Not too close to the city but you can still walk. The room was always made and clean. Staffs were nice too.

It was ok with all the aboves except i had to change rooms coz of lack of child safty due to a broken door lock and the room was clusterphobic due to lack of space or windows could not open. Not Good for Asthmatic. Big thums down.

2 night business stay”

Booked last minute for a 2 night stay, got a brilliant rate which included breakfast. Parking is in a car park but brilliant value at £3.50 for the day. This hotel does not have room service.

Birthday celebration”

We arrived at about 6.30 to check in, this was completed quickly. We were advised not to put out room card near our mobile, which we immediately forgot and then couldn't get in the lift. The receptionist sorted this straight away. The rooms are big, bright and clean and the bathroom was a good size with a big shower. The location isn't the best in birmingham and it's a good 20 mins walk to broad street however we were going to the jam house which was literally around the corne so was ideal for us. We were advised to be up early if we didn't want to queue for the buffet breakfast. We went down for 8.40 till about 9.15 and there was no queue. There was plenty of choice if foods, juices and drinks. Check out wasn't till 12 so we could take time getting ready and then reception called us a taxi and advised us how much it should cost to get back to the station

je recommande cet établissement de part la qualité de son personnel ( accueillant, serviable...), de ses prestations (petit déjeuner excellent, confort des chambres, propreté...), de son emplacement( proche du centre environ 10 min à pied et des lieux à visiter). La seule prestations a ajouté serait le parking mais les emplacements payants sont disponibles à proximité.
