Friendly reception staff made us feel immediately welcome. Check in was straightforward and efficient. Very comfortable beds, room temperature was just right for us. Despite being in an airport out room was quiet with practically no noise from outside the room. Facilities in our room were very good, the toiletries in the bathroom smelled lovely and were good quality products. We ate in the Restaurant, our meals were served quickly, well presented and reasonably priced. It took us about three minutes to walk to the airport from the hotel! I was so impressed I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Pre flight stay”
Excellent hotel. Cannot beat location as right opposite terminal building. Room was excellent with everything you could want and more. Even an iron and ironing board (full size) was very useful as my coat had become very creased on coach. Did not have the breakfast as we were flying very early but noted the cooked breakfast started at 6.00am and buffet at 4.30am. Check in was efficient and staff courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this hotel for early departures from Bristol Airport. Told a lady on our coach about it and she booked in there instead of a b&b 2 miles away she had already booked, said she loved it. Would highly recommend.

Five minutes walk from terminal. Smooth check-in. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent continental or English breakfast. WiFi excellent. Room well equipped, very clean and quiet, comfortable bed and efficient shower. Relaxing bar and lounge area.Good value.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel offering everything you would want for a stop over or longer. Loved it and will use it every time we come into Bristol to visit the UK. Staff were so accommodating to us ( a couple of aged wrinkles) .........Thank you

It is ideal for travelling as it is only a 5 minute walk away from the departure gate at Bristol Airport also they have a closed walkway from the hotel to the airport.

The only problem which is MAJOR is the very steep slope up to the Airport from the Hotel. If raining it would be very difficult. There needs to be a porterage system in place.

Stayed at Hampton hotel n Bristol airport as our flight back from Greece got us in at 2230 hours, too long to drive back home to Cornwall. Very impressed: modern, clean, easy to access, and a great breakfast buffet. Will definitely choose again next year!

Early flight stop over”
Stayed with a toddler. Room big enough for a cot as well as a double bed. Really clean. Easy to walk to the terminal with a pushchair. Parking is £1 for 20 mins - ideal for unloading then moving to long stay.

Friendly, relaxing and calming ”
At a time when there is so much hassle and paperwork involved in travelling. It was a joy to be greeted by such friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. It was like being welcomed home even though it’s a modern hotel. Useful to be able to print off documentation needed (by yourself or with assistance) for free. Highly recommend as a travel onwards hotel.
