¡Me ha encantado! La ubicación es excelente, a 10 minutos de la zona turística pero en zona auténtica bristoleña. Los servicios del hotel son excelentes, el personal muy amable y el desayuno es muy agradable: mucha variedad, muy buen servicio y nada estresante. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Volveré, sin duda.

Good budget option”

Looks like it has been refurbished recently and to a high standard. Overall noticeably better quality than other budget chain hotels. Only downside was I found the bed a bit hard and creaky. I did sleep ok though.

Good hotel, great location, parking crazy price ”

Good hotel and great location you are near to everything. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the parking at the hotel here is why. We drove to this hotel and there parking is in a NCP carpark upon checking in we checked and double checked the price for the car park for 2 nights which being told as long as you dont take the car out it will be £18.25. So for 48 hrs not to bad but oh no gets to the carpark to leave and it £36.00 pound. So we ho back to the hotel after alot of were sorry but there is nothing we can do as it's a private car park which I do understand but there staff have miss informed us and we did keep checking with them. So just be aware it could cost you a small fortune as it's on 25percent off for the whole trip which is not alot. And were still waiting for our points that they promised but nothing yet

Short but very enjoyable stay. ”

The hotel is a short walk from the bus station, which is an advantage if you are arriving late at night from the airport. Check in was fast and friendly. The bedroom and shower room were clean, fresh and modern. The twin beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an extensive choice, and the waffle making machine was a hit with my daughter! Our stay was very short but I would definitely book again.

Agoda wrote 12.00 noon checkin time but the reception staff told me somewhat arrogantly that they could not let anyone a room before 1500 (3pm).

Go pass hotel, turn into side lane, parking is for £4.50 from 6pm to 9am Be there for 9 am because parking inspecter is there to pounce. Hotel is nice; clean and friendly staff. Breakfast has enough choices . Location is good, cross the road and everything is there, shopping, restaurants.

Stayed one night. Scruffy access from street, looked like annex of holday inn next door. Inside much better. Room comfortable and there was an excellent breakfast. Overall functional hotel and good value.

Good location, expensive to park”

Stayed 1 night with my teenage daughter to go shopping. Good location, doesn't look much from outside but fine inside, modern and bright. I like the fact there was a NCP car park practically underneath. Expensive to park, I pre-booked direct with NCP but then found out once I had done this that the hotel would validate the ticket and you got a bit of a discount. This wasn't clear on any of the booking info or on their website so be mindful when staying. Room was good, clean and sufficient for our needs but a bit noisy through windows. . Breakfast was varied and plentiful, daughter enjoyed the waffle maker! The staff here were great and very happy looking! I would stay again for convenience.

Stay a night before Uni interview”

My daughter and I stay the night before a university interview. This is a new business hotel well located for Bristol City Center. Very clean & beds were 4 star hotels standard. We asked for a room away from noise to get a good night sleep. We did fly in from Asia & my girl need to recover. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. They took time to find a good matching room for us. We had a phone call to the room, as well as a follow up at breakfast time to make sure we were happy with our room & stay. I would recommend this hotel for shopping trips or night out in Bristol town. A good clean well located business / functional hotel. Well done Hampton and thank you to all the great friendly reception staffs. If my girl is lucky, this family will definitely return to stay for our visits.

The room is noisy. The washroom is small having not enough hooks for towels and space for placing clothes. The water pressure from the shower is low. The dirty cup in the room is not replaced.
