Capsule accommodation ”
Very practical accommodation. The room was small but served its purpose. The shaver socket didn’t work but reception gave us an adapter plug so we could use a normal socket. Parking is £7 for a 24hr period. You can come and go in that time but you are not guaranteed a space on your return. We were there at the weekend so found parking on the street for free. Breakfast was excellent - a range of options buffet style so you could eat as much as you wanted. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Internet is free, however from 5 pm onwards lobby area which also includes dinner area are full of ‘outsiders’ that eat there, internet will become very slow.

Somewhat small, but clean rooms and very friendly staff. Next to Chinatown, and within walking distance of Bullring, shopping street, city hall, library and so on. Good value.

Rooms were clean and decently sized for solo travellers. Staff were friendly and despite the corona, they at least had sandwiches and drinks available for sale at the reception area. Would recommend for short stays, though please ensure you have your own toiletries.

Basic but good location ”
The room was ok. We did have to switch rooms due to a leak in the bathroom but the staff made it quick and easy to move. The room wasn’t very clean but it was fine for a night. The hotel is in a great location with the Bull Ring Shopping Centre within easy walking distance. NOTE: Parking is not included in the price of the room. It’s an additional £8 for the night.

Cheap and cheerful. Booked it as had an early flight. Value for money and was just what I needed for a few hours sleep.

15 min walk to town Center. Nice staff. However the room wall and door are so thin. Being awaken up in the mid night by later checkin at 1am for first night. And inconsiderate ppl chatting and singing in the corridor over 3 hours in second night. Terrible that lack of sleep for 2 nights.

I woken up at 4.00 am by a continuous stream of noise from other guests many of whom made absolutely no effort to hush their voices despite the time.

Horrendous night sleep. Loud noise, sounded like a boiler or a fan, on through the night. Great team, price and location, just bloody tired.

Clean room but really weird toilet/shower room that allows little privacy on the toilet/ in the shower so I would not recommend when you are not travelling alone or with your partner, no toilet brush in the room. When we had breakfast the cleaning Personal started vacuum cleaning right next to us which was annoying when you have breakfast.

Tiny room, uncomfortable bed not even a kettle, but it is an ibis budget so. But don't take anything away from staff they were lovely and very helpful!

The hotel was cheap and poor quality. The bunk bed feature was unusual and difficult to properly use in a group of 3. The corridors smelt like urine. Would not recommend.
