Pleasant Stay”

We stayed one night attending event in Bristol. Check in was efficient and fast, room and hotel clean and warm. and room and beds comfortable. Cooked English Breakfast was very nice tasty and plentiful, Secure Parking was ok with an extra fee. Generally we were happy with everything and will book again.

Good staying experience”

Location is ok, 10 mins from station and to Central. Room is big, clean and tidy, really good for the value. Also, the other facilities like sauna, steam room and gym are all splendid! Staff is really nice and welcome. However, only one small problem should be the breakfast table not clean enough, the one family sitting next to

Very good but…”

Everything was ok, however there was some problem with the heating system, the was a pretty cold. Other than that everything was perfect.

Rude staff”

The hotel was fine but the reception guy bad attitude and not helping.. better work inside the kitchen than front desk.. I pay use money not free, be kind with people in return people treat you good..

Suficient”

Surprisingly Quite far from restaurants, sites, city centre. Maybe better for business visit than tourist. Service was great sometimes and poor other times. For some reason the hotel seemed to have police incidents there several times in just a few days. Not sure if this was all one incident or different incidents but it was quite unsettling.

Nice and tidy room”

The breakfast is great and the room is big and tidy.

City stay”

Fine for one night close to the city. Bathroom was dirty at check in and asked for it to be cleaned. Noisy room and staff entered the room at 9am despite a 12pm checkout. Breakfast not included but did have a fridge in the room. Shower not very powerful and no bath. Parking under the building paid parking, extra dog fee but no bowl /towel provided for the dog. Overpriced for what you get.

Very friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant, bar and reception. Room spacious & had all facilities needed. Bedside lights did not work & I'm sure if pointed put they would have sorted it but as main lights controlled from bed I had no need. Excellent choice of food and drinks to order for evening meal and it was delicous. Large selection to choose from for buffet breakfast and again delicous.

Excepcional”

The room was clean and quiet and had everything you could need. The staff were also very friendly and pleasant. Would definitely use again.

Old hotel with reasonable fittings”

House keeping needs could be further improved in terms of room cleanliness. There were coffee stains in the cups and precipitates in the kettle upon me checking in.

Great Hotel & Location”

The hotel was clean and perfect for our girls weekend away. The location was great - walking distance to the majority of places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was lovely and the fact you could order of a menu was an added bonus! My only negative would be that the towels are the size of a postage stamp!

Perfect hotel in Bristol”

Just a perfect hotel for our stay in Bristol and only a short walk in to the old part of town with all its charm.

Good hotel and nice breakfast”

The hotel was good but the guest make a noisy during we stayed there for 2 nights. There is no toothbrush and shower cap.

Terrible Terrible Terrible”

I couldn't make it because of heavy snow all over the country. All transportations(flight, train) was cancelled. It was not a normal circumstances. Novotel refused to refund my 3 nights stay. It is totally unfair to penalize me such circumstances. I am very disappointed their attitude.

Hotel was ideal location and had parking facilities although at a charge of £10 for 24hrs - breakfast was normal buffet style and a good choice however like most places suffered from food only being lukewarm if left out for a while - would stay here again though
