Ultra clean and modern”
Stayed one night, had an early morning flight the next morning. Enjoyed a relaxing bath before bed and again in the morning. Staff were very pleasant and courteous. Drinks and snacks available for konbini prices at the vending machines, and they have some nice massage chairs in the lounge too. Capsule itself was quite comfortable too. I'd stay here again.

Nice new hotel and friendly staffs”
Paid 2535 for a Friday night, love the sauna and hot spa. Each capsule has a TV and locker inside. Everything was clean and so efficient. 50% discount breakfast due to covid19. Nice common area by the lobby and outside spa room. A good place to hangout if you don't want to hide inside the capsule all day long. Would consider to stay again.

My Best Choice”
I stayed for several nights. My small cabin was quite good, everything was superclean and cozy. The staff was always there to greet and help. Although I worried that it might become a bit noisy in the night, it was very calm. Definitely perfect for solo travelers!

I stay at this place very frequently because it is located near by from station and there is a big bath. Facility is always very clean and staff are friendly.

Comfortable and value for money”
Just stayed one night, I've stayed there before so nothing was complicated. Checked in at 8 pm, took sauna bath and had a sleep, got up at 5 am and took sauna bath again, checked out before 6 am, took a moro-rail at 6:04 to go to the Airport. That's it ! Cost about 15US$. Very hi recommennded!!

Top-notch bath and cleanliness”
The communal bath is amazing, a real treat after a long tiring day. The relaxation area is wonderful too, with reclining chairs and free manga to read. The capsules themselves is comfortable and big enough for a 1.66m person to sit upright in it. There's even a small TV and locker within. Staff were really kind to let me use their fridge for my groceries.

Amazing facilities for the price with very friendly and accommodating staff. Loved the public bath and sauna, amenities (everything from a toothbrush to skincare lotion), free pajama changes, and amazing English-inspired breakfast plate plus unlimited coffee for ¥300. Lounge areas are a good place to chat with other travelers. Public bath is open to non-guests so there is an interesting mix of crowd from older folks who come for a bath in the afternoon and the younger crowd that mainly use the coworking space. It may be a little hard to communicate if you don't speak Japanese but the staff try their best. Would definitely be back!

Good for a cheap option but...”
Too many rules and not as convenient or comfortable as staying at a normal hotel. For what it is I think they do a great job... but personally I would’ve rather paid more money for a normal hotel. I didn’t realize what kind of place it was and that’s my fault for the lack of proper research.

Almost perfect”
I’m used to sleeping on the floor but the bed in female dormitory made me sleepless, too hard & uncomfortable. I’ve worked in hotels & hostels and by far this is the best. I wish they can make the bed softer
