Affordable house ”
It not so far from Beppu JR station. However, the staff very friendly, we had reach beppu in the morning and the staff had allow us the store luggage, as well as the next day during checkout, we store the luggage at lobby untill 5pm before going to Nagasaki. Overall, this hotel is affordable and i am recommend this hotel for all.

Location and staff”
Close to Beppu Station and around 7 minutes to reach it from hostel. The staff at reception is very kind and helpful. He explained all of our inquiries and recommended some nice restaurant and onsen to us.

Good place for staying ”
Everything is good and the host is so kind and it’s so near the station. By the way, without wifi for each stage, it’s just a little inconvenient because the wifi signal is so strong at the First Floor only. Overall, thank you so much for your supporting and supplying service! ^^

Excellent”
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A/C worked well and there was a common area to hang out. The location was very central to the city centre, the train station and the beach. Overall, it was good value for the money but the place could use a coat of paint. Again though, bang for buck a good deal.

Welcoming hosts, very nice accomodation. I was given a room even though I booked for a dorm. The onsen in the basement was super nice. And for that price it would be stupid to miss it :)

Terrible smell”
This place can be known as one of the place where traverller can speak in English in Beppu. But that's all. Wifi is avaiable at 1st floor. And terrible thing is the smell that depress the feeling. They should concentrate on cleaning the toilet and room, so that traveller from foreign country rest and have a good memory in Beppu.

Location is good. Near to train station. Surrounded by onsen. It has onsen within the property. Booked shared dorm and staff upgraded me to 2 pax dorm and I was alone with 2 beds. Worth to stay.

Worst hostel in 6 months traveling Japan”
Only good thing about the place was the staff. No sockets near the bed, only 2 in the entire room. No bathroom on the floor as it was broken. Out of the only 2 available toilets, 1 wasn't screwed down and almost fell over when I sat on it. The bathroom smelled real bad since there was no seal. Mold all over the wall. Very dirty, didn't look like the bathroom had been cleaned in months with hair all over the place. There is an onsen in their sister building which sounded nice, but it was also so dirty. The walls had built up calcium so you couldn't get comfortable without almost cutting yourself. No wifi in the rooms and even downstairs it was very slow. On top of that, again no wall sockets anywhere. Didn't look like anything had been fixed in years, even the railing was broken. Spent some time in their sister property (non original) and it didn't seem any better. Avoid this place!

Couldn't get anything other than room for 5 so had to pay dear for the stay here. That's life! Some you win some you loose....its the total cost of a holiday that counts not individual elements. Met nice people too!

I am still unwell from an allergic reaction to the mound in the room 305. The broken lift meant the older members in our group injured their knee. Agora should refund my money if it is going to allow this on its site

Oud, maar ruime kamer”
Alles ziet er uit alsof het betere tijden heeft gekend, maar de kamer was gigantisch naar Japanse standaarden. Simpel, maar prima. Behulpzaam personeel.
