AMAZING!”

Breakfast was awesome! Coral went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable!! The location was great to walk to the store, pubs and restaurants. The view was lovely every day and we are both going to miss it! It’s super close to the ferry as well.
Unfortunately her boiler broke but she provided portable heaters and upgraded us to the flat downstairs so we were more than comfortable for our long stay :)

The staff were absolutely fantastic. It honestly felt like going home to stay with mum because they show that they genuinely care about you. Room was comfortable and bathroom was very clean Breakfast was continental but not limited
Our room did smell a bit like smoke on the first night - I think caused by the smokers in the room below us who kept smoking outside. We did get a bit hot in the room as there is no cooling

the property is easily found and in an ideal spot, walking distance from 3 main distilleries. a bus route is also easy to find if you don’t fancy the walk. the staff here are friendly and kind with lots of helpful knowledge for your stay. breakfast was continental and lovely. if you’re a whisky lover, or here for access to some beautiful walks, it’s spot on. one piece of advice: book your food or choose self catering. there is not a great selection of restaurants and some are closed on a Monday. if you get caught short like we did there is a co op and a spar close by.
