Year End Relaxation at Callospa”

What we liked about Callospa is the accessibility of it. You can easily locate it via Google Maps or Waze. The place is also serene and private and although there were other guests you would still feel that the place is privately yours. We liked the room, it was spacious, it has TV though not cable, it has a toilet and bath, a water heater for your coffee and tea, has spacious bed and a balcony. They don't have wifi though, only in their office and mess hall. They don't have an in house restaurant so you will just have to call a delivery service for your lunch or dinner. Check in time is at 1pm and check out is at 10am. The pool was okay. The sauna was good too and the bubble bath jacuzzi, and their signature massage. We just think that they are under staff, because the staff in the office are also the ones who clean the room and do the massage. Although I commended that they can multitask and are talented, I still feel that this spa resort needs more staff.

The water of the pool was dirty. There are mosquitos inside our room.. good thing they provided a device to kill the mosquitos. No available food in the resort. You have to order over the phone of your desired fast food. The videoke ruins the calmness or relaxation that you should experience during your stay in the resort.

impossible to take shower because too weak water pressure, no breakfast(payment condition was included but no restaurant), so much chicken's crying noises, never again this hotel

Too pricey to what they actually offered”

I requested to make our stay more meaningful as we celebrate our anniversary that day but it turn out the other way. They had a wedding even during our stay so they're not that accommodating to us. We paid seven thousand for the room and packages but we didn't receive the services that we paid for that value. They have the same amount offering in the resort but the inclusions are different. We even gave tips to the staffs because we felt we're mandated to give after their services. They issued us 8 envelopes for the tips and all of them are waiting for us to gave them. It was mentioned in the site that the price are inclusive of 10% service charge already. Also, when we're about to check in the room that's the only time they cleaned up and not even spray air fresher after. Some of the pillows and bed sheets doesn't smells good. This gonna be our first and last visit with the resort and will not recommend it.

There's nothing special about the package we availed. The room does not even have complimentary drinks. The staffs are not accommodating. Except for the view and ambiance, there's nothing extra special during our stay here. Not worth it...

It was okay. But I would not recommend it. The whole resort was small, and the pool is always reserved by a certain group of noisy people using karaoke til 6 in the morning. The pool was small. The only good thing about it is the relaxing spa, with the relaxing jacuzzi for two, massage and sauna.

Good Massage But Poorly Maintained Hotel”

Although my husband and I had a good massage, we would not recommend staying overnight at the hotel since the rooms are not quite presentable. The bed is quite small for couples, the sink faucet is not working properly and the bathroom is poorly lit since some of the lights are not functioning. Moreover, you also have no choice on the breakfast that will be served since it is served as a set meal and the breakfast served is pre-packed; therefore, not freshly cooked and served cold.

i dont enjoy they gave us room at the peak of their building when they know i have 2 toddlers...food is very poor likewise the service...staffs are not friendly...i regret staying in this hotel.
