Geberally not too bad in the region. However, the room is a bit aging. Breakfast is quite limited. The taste is not preferred. Some female staffs showed some attitude while male staffs were nice.

The hotel was allocated in good place, near the park and night food market with just walking distance. Reception was not friendly and still confused about policy posted by Agoda and hotel itself. By the way, it was ok in general.

Terrific hotel. great room. fantatastic bfast and we got nicely lubricated at the bar after a long days ride. just how a hotel should be and has secure underground parking too.

Absolutely awful customer service ”

Hotel was fine, breakfast was very good. Front desk ladies were completely unhelpful, couldn't find our reservation (but never made an attempt to look in their computer...) and were unwilling to provide us with simple information like, "where is the train station?" Extremely rude and uninterested in helping. Thanks for ruining our experience at this hotel.

rock hard beds”

This is a nice new hotel with great staff and is super clean and well kept. My only complaint, and unfortunetly it is a big one, is that the beds and matresses are as hard as rock. My sleep was poor as I could not get comfortable and I woke up with sore hips and back. Perhaps different cultures enjoy harder beds but for Canadians they were terrible.

A conveniently located hotel ”

This is an old hotel located in the center of the small city. I can smell "oldness" right after opening the door. The hotel is generally clean, but I just can't stand the smell of dampness and old building. Breakfast is included, but I would rather eat out (More interesting choices). There are sadly few choices of hotel in town.

Given the circumstances, this accommodation is considered decent. A bit run down and location a bit out. Hotel pictures should be updated regularly.

Frühstücksbuffet war jeden morgen fast leer, wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt! Mitarbeiterin bei Check inn sehr unhöflich! Zimmer nicht sauber, die Toilette am zweiten Tag verstopft, unappetitliches Badezimmer!
