** Note: NO Nearby Parking — Neaby Pay Parking Building is under renovation until further notice ** ➤ Check IN Guidelines — Check In: from 3:00 PM onwards — Check Out: No later than 12 noon — Security deposit to be paid upon arrival: 3,000 PHP (Bank/GCash/PayMaya Online transfers only) — Security deposit is refundable within 3 days after check out and is subject to a routine unit inspection. — We expect only the total number of guests declared on your DIRECT/ONLINE reservation. Hence, set up of linens are based on the number of expected guests staying overnight. — Check In Instructions will be provided 2 days before your arrival date and after the condo requirements (IDs and full vaccination cards) have been submitted and approved by the condo management. ➤ Guidelines During your Stay — Pets are not allowed in our property. — NO SMOKING. The designated smoking area is outside the building — Keep music/audio/chattering to a moderate level that will not bother the neighbors. It is imperative to keep in mind to maintain music/movies/chattering to a reasonable level that will not bother the neighbors or other residents. — We provide free cleaning and change of linens every 5 days for long staying guests. Please let us know of your preferred time in advance. Our on-call housekeeper will prepare and be required to travel from a distant location. For cleaning (no linens replacement) on request, we charge a standard fee of 300 for a regular 1-hour service. 500 for 2 hours. — Conserve energy and resources. Make sure to turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the unit and before checking out. Also, please do not leave the water running from shower nor faucet. ✔ Additional Cooking wares and appliances may be provided for upon request for a fixed fee based on the duration of your stay: — For 4 nights / 100.00 PHP per day — For 5 nights up or 1 week / 500.00 PHP Total — For more than 2 weeks up until 1 month / 1,000.00 PHP Total Please note that all guests can still use the existing appliances (electric kettle, toaster, microwave, rice cooker) for light cooking. All appliances must stay inside the unit at all times during your entire stay. ✔ Basic toiletries are provided such as shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, roll of toilet paper, and liquid hand soap. They are replenished during our scheduled housekeeping. ✔ We provide free cleaning and change of linens every 5 days for long staying guests. Please let us know of your preferred time in advance. Our housekeeper travels from one location to the next. This will help him/her to prepare and be on time. ✔ Please do not use outside slippers and shoes inside the unit to maintain the floor and carpets clean and stain-free throughout your stay. ✔ We provide rubber house slippers. We clean and disinfect them between stays. They are part of the house. Please do not bring them home or use them outside. You may also bring your own house slippers. ✔ Swimming pool is currently closed and under construction. Once the pool has resumed, it can be accessed by up to 3 guests per unit. The pool fee is 200/head/day payable directly to the admin office on the 2nd floor of the Clubhouse from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. A copy of the POOL PASS with signature is placed inside the unit. If not found, you can get a Pool pass/form from the reception desk situated at the entrance of the Clubhouse. If you have plans to swim, please make sure to process and pay the pool pass/form before the admin closes. POOL IS OPEN from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. ✔ Garbage chute: Turn right when you exit the unit building. There is a garbage bin placed at the entrance. ➤ Check OUT Guidelines — Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the unit and before checking out. Also, please do not leave the water running from the shower nor faucet. — Report any item accidentally broken so we can charge accordingly. Any permanent stains/marks left on the linens, hand towels, bath towels, and similar items that render those said items unusable will be considered damage and shall be charged upon check out. Lastly, kindly take care of our home and keep it clean as you would with your own. :)
