Exceptional”
Location is central Camden, close to Tube, buses and markets. Markets are fab. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets to buy groceries and fast food outlets. Quick trip by Tube to central London. Apartment was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed to cook, wash clothes etc. Housekeeping were very quick to respond to requests. The only negativewould be our apartment could only be accessed by a staircase...over 50 stairs [we were top floor ] with a 25kg suitcase...not good for older clients and clients with a disability/injury or just not fit!! The view was great though!

For the pros, first, good location as it is near underground, overground station and the camden market. Second, the apartment is new, well equipped, clean and tidy. For the Cones, price is slightly above standard rates of apartments. Second, check in counter is at different location which could cause some inconveniences. It is about 10 to 12 mins from the actual accommodation. Third, no lift so if you have mobility issues or have many luggage, you might need to consider properly or if necessary, request for lower levels rooms.

Traveled with 75yr old mom and adult sister. Great location (easy access to everything), clean, spacious space. Lots of clean towels and linen. A little noisy until about 10pm ... didn't mind. Inconvenient to pick up keys from different location (with taxi meter running), even if not far. There must be 20 stairs to climb, which made getting luggage to apartment burdensome. Service did not always answer calls and didn't call back. Only one burner on the stove worked so difficult and long time to cook. No blender in kitchen. No instructions ... didn't know to turn on gas switch inside cabinet to operate stove or how to dispose of trash. No central AC, but that seems to be norm in London ... got used to it, but could be an issue in hotter months ... they provided fans. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Once we got past all that, we had a good time and enjoyed the space. Now we know what to expect, we will stay again, with a more prepared mindset.

Terrible Service. ”
We were given a wrong address to go to for check in! The address belonged to a woman who just lived there. Nothing to do with Camden Market apartments. Tried the phone number they gave us. Automated answering machine to put in reference number. I did. It failed. Got another number. Man who answered told us to go Park Street. Went there. I told him what happened. They brushed of “ohh yeah that’s weird. That’s just a reference address”. Got to apartment. They were rude. Made us feel like idiots. Woman just took a person call in middle of check in. Which is separate from the check in. Apartment was sooo small. With double bed and pull out sofa which practically took up all the space. Bathroom was so small! Literally top steps from the toilet and your in the shower. No oven! Paid cleaning fee but no one cleaned the apartment! Pigeons wake you up at crack of dawn! Neighbours partying till late! TV didn’t work!! Don’t waste your money!!

Disappointed ”
First of all, the apartment is good, many buses from London city can reach there. The main point is: according to the advertisement and the apartment address which showed us, the apartment location is Inverness Street, near the Camden Town underground, and there is very crowded and busy. But when I took the keys and went to the apartment, which is situated at the Kentish Town, I needed to walk 9 minuets from Camden town, there was a very quiet place, it is inconvenient for us to use underground due to far away. So that we were very unhappy and disappointed.

A flooded Courtyard and smelly and smelly floor and room”
When we arrived at the apartment, I have to open the door and all the windows because I can't stand the smell of the floor and the room. I run the fan in the bedroom and in the kitchen to get rid of the smell. The next day it rains and the front courtyard were flooded in a matter of minutes. I put two bricks apart over the flooded area for us to step on otherwise we won't be able to get out. Over all I cannot recommend this apartment to my friends................

An old building, up some very steep stairs, up which I could not carry our bags. Thankfully the maintenance guy helped us. But there is no-one from staff permanently in the building. The 'office' is around the corner. It's just a flat in a block with a dozen or so others. The company has at least one more flat in the building and about 200 more that they manage. When we first got there we didn't really like it, but after a couple days we were quite happy. If you go there, ask fora room not on the main road; it's very noisy.

Pros, good location, easy to find, clean. Cons; microwave smelt like a gerbil had been cooked in it. Some furnishings looking abit tatty in need of replacing, cleaning fee not included. In terms of value I'd probably just pick a budget hotel next time but it's not bad

Had to leave our credit card details as security for breakages. This was unfortunate as it resulted in fraud and us having to cancel the credit card - not a great start to our holiday.

Management are dishonest and incompetent”
The place is not bad and ideally located. Normally english apartments are the pits in this price range. Management is suspect and the full correct info not provided. We needed to walk around camden with 4 suitcases because of this so beware. Nothing like the pictures!!@

We booked an apartment and when you look at the picture and adress it looked fantastic I picked up the keys and it was another adress and appartment everything was run down and it had ants all over When i complained they said that the adress and appartment i looked at was a reference appartment and was not for rent Very bad experience

Bien mais pas tout à fait comme annoncé ”
L'appartement était bien plus petit que sur les photos. Sans doute parce que nous étions en couple, on nous a attribué un petit studio, petit mais très propres et fonctionnel. La situation est idéale, dans un quartier très animé et juste à côté d'une station de métro. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages au bureau après avoir quitté le studio ce qui permet de bien profiter de la dernière journée. Point négatif : les £40 de nettoyage annoncé seulement après la réservation...

L'appartement ne correspond ABSOLUMENT PAS aux descriptions, ni aux photos et son emplacement n'est pas du tout celui indiqué. Nous pensions être dans Camden, sur Inverness Street comme indiqué, au lieu de ça, c'est une maison en quartier résidentiel à environ 2km. Un vieil appart, pas du tout moderne comme sur les photos, plus proche des 60m2 que des 90m2 annoncés, mais le tout au prix de l'annonce. C'est une honte !!! Nous sommes très déçu et conseillons évidemment à tout le monde de se méfier de cette arnaque. Petit bonus, la personne à la réception des bureaux de check in était vraiment désagréable.
