"Pros : Well located, modern and spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast, Staff well mannered and helpful, lots of amenities around. But the most important factor was that the city was extremely safe for a solo traveller compared to São Paulo. Cons: Except Iguaçú Falls there is nothing more to do."

"Recanto Cataratas is a beautiful place with good access to the main touristic attractions near Foz to Iguacu and Itaipu. The hotel is good with wonderful facilities. I really enjoyed the pool, sauna and all other amenities, it is ideal for an after a long day tour, just sit near the pool and drink something. The restaurant is very expensive."

"The Luz Hotel is located across the street from the Terminal Rodovaria: this is where NSA buses arrive from Asuncion. The staff allowed me to check in early in the morning (when the NSA bus arrived) and helped me get to Iguacu Falls. Breakfast was plentiful. I recommend this hotel for travelers arriving on the NSA buses from Asuncion, and who want a convenient and affordable place to stay while visiting the falls."
