Hotel is located in a fantastic architecturally built shop/restaurant complex that has maintained its unique identity. It is within walking distance from the Hakata train station. Walking along the canal is pleasant, food stalls are varied and interesting. Reception staff are warm and helpful. House cleaning perfect and breakfast is generous -- the offer of fish, salmon and curry but also plenty for vegetarians like me. Thank you.

Great stay but...”
We had a great stay with our 3 toddlers. It was connected to the mall which made it really easy to get to places. We were pretty disappointed that breakfast was not included when it said it WAS on our itinterary.

The location was the best”
My friend and I stayed 2 nights and 3 days in Japan. We made a reservation here for the 2nd night and the location was the best. Since it’s connected to the biggest shopping mall in Fukuoka, it’s very convenient to shop. Also their breakfast was wonderful, too. I would definitely come back here for the next time.

Perfect space for malling.”
Pros : This hotel was great for guests who prefers stay inside the mall and spend time mostly for shopping. Quality of breakfast exceeded my expectation. Cons : At the time of any event in canal city, the noise was bit too loud. Public transportation access was not very good.

you could reach the canal city in 1 min and best if you want to buy a lot of stuff. parking is expensive which needs 1700 yen and you could only park until 1030am. they got a ramen stadium where you could find a variety of ramen. apart from that, not much food choice.

The location of the hotel was good, the staff helpful and the surrounding area was beautiful especially at night... The walls are a little thin so you can hear others talking buy all in all it was a good restful stay :) Thank you

Hotel location is very good , right at the Canal City (hotel lift can access to Canal City Mall directly ) , with short walk to Canal City Hakata subway station. Plentiful of good restaurants and shopping, taxi station is just across the road. You may also walk 15 mins to Hakata Main Station , and 18 mins to Tenjin . We booked for triple room , the room size is OK but not much space for 3 big luggage .The toilet is in average size . The hotel serves breakfast from 6.30 am onward , with a good spread of western and japan varieties . As we need to check out very early on the last day , hotel offered us a gift set of Ramen for replacement. Overall , we are happy with this hotel , should have book early for better rate.

convenient for children by the mall”
Apologetic feeling of being tired while checking in (we got lost).. Staff was welcoming but annoyed for checking in late. Food was spectacular for breakfast but some staff looked too annoyed with my kids and my 3 year old became too shy after noticing it. Going back to the mall but not to this hotel.
