Near by the o2 arena. 30 min away from Londen city. A lot of food corner around the street. It was cozy but really nice and clean.

Great for short stay and tight budget”
Clean, all essentials provided and 24 hour reception is a good feature. Had no issues checking in and we were escorted to the room by friendly staff. I requested a lower level room when booking and was placed on the top floor however I did receive an email to explain that my request may not be met. In fact the top floor has great views of London so we were happy. In the end Would recommend and return in the future!

The check-in was delayed due to the room not being cleaned. There was no shampoo, conditioner or handwash in the bathroom which is extremely disappointing as it should be complimentary. The lift was out of service and knowing we were waiting, our room was on the last floor.

Noisy sound whole night, carpet unclean”
There was a noisy sound for the whole night and have no idea where it came from, which highly disturbing my rest. The carpet is worn and seems very unhygienic. The design of the room is simple and could have brought a better feeling if it was cleaner. Although it has a large balcony which could be good at summer, it was useless in winter days. Location is okay, there is a bus stop and many groceries around. All in all not very recommended.

THEY ROB YOU”
They took £20 cash from me extra to bring a family member in a two bedroom room which I had booked. The gentleman refused to take a cash transfer online. If I had not paid they did not let me in they said and I felt harassed as the Receptionist also said he would keep a close eye on me in the cctv. There was not any of this written on the small print when I booked with Agoda and I would not recommend anyone else staying there.

Me and my friend stayed here and did not feel safe at all even when it comes to the staff! when booking it does not explain that it is a shared balcony. We phone and asked if one of the bigger rooms was free we was told yes, so we asked to upgrade rooms and that 2 more of our friends was coming we was told no. I tried to explain the Situation the man who I was talking to put the phone down multiple times , and then said we can have the room but we have to pay 400 pound ... that same rooms £135 on this website ... I’m not happy at all.

Horrible place. Disgusting and a infection place with so bad smelling. I even couldn't stay more than 2 minutes and I left after they show me some more rooms as they are shit not like in the pictures, as they look online! Smelling shit and weed, horrible!!! Not recommends to nobody!!!!

Bad service and unclean room”
There were dusts on the table in my room and the cleaner never cleaned the cups and bedsheets. Also, the bathroom are shared between 3 other rooms and the floor is constantly wet as well.

Nice and very affordable apparments. We had the one room appartment with balcony and own bathroom. Very spacious. Kitchen is well equipped. Good oven. Handsoap, toiletpaper and shampoo are supplied. Neighbourhood is fine. We never felt unsafe. 2 tube stops from Westfield Stratford Shopping Center. Londen City is about 30 minutes. Clean towels and cleaning every day. Owners are locals so they know the neighbourhood. Early check in was no problem. After checkout we had an empty car battery and they arranged help within 5 minutes. We had a very nice stay.

I paid about £330 for 7 nights which was a good value for such a 4 star apartment in the heart of London. I've advertised the place to friends and we hope to make it our home whenever we visit London. Highly recommended.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and safe. Not bad price for its location. Needed to sleep overnight to attend an event at Excel which was very close instead of paying hundred of pounds for other alternatives.

Generally the stay was good”
I looked for this hotel in 5 hours. First of all, they should know that some travellers dont have gps available. Second of all, i would be appreciated if they put a big sign saying "canary height" on their building, not a freaking A4 sized paper. I got lost in 5 hours in finding it.

Great value and ExCel access!”
Great value for money! ExCel was 20 minute walking distance, easy to find. Rooms were clean, smelled fresh and overall had very nice feeling in them. We stayed three people in a studio with kitchen. Kitchen had all what it needs to cook and feel like at home. Nice and kind staff. We loved the balcony. Bathrooms were common with others, but they were updated, fresh and always clean. WiFi worked well. Overall really nice place to stay, if you have to visit ExCel, this is great place to stay in!

Double booked ”
Checked in around 2pm in the day to return later that night to be asked to wait in reception for staff to check me in again after a double booking occurred. Was very late wanted sleep already had a room key with my possessions already in the room from checking in at 2pm. Felt like I was in quarantine for someone else’s mistakes at 1am I’m the morning. Regardless of that it was a good deal but I wouldn’t stay again unless I really had to I didn’t need the added stress.

A fine stay in a studio room”
The apartment is about 10 minutes to the Canning town station. There is super market nearby to purchase food etc. The floor is thin though, as you can hear the floor crackling sound when people walk above your room.
