This is my second time to stay in this hotel, it’s very nice. The location is very convenient, the room is small but clean and tidy, the breakfast is very delicious. The onsen is the very good place for relax . Definitely will come back again next time.

Not only hotel cleanliness and location is great, staff are very helpful to ensure guest requirements are meeting eg. taxi booking was full but they keep trying and at the end help us to look for street taxi at early morning before 5am to ensure we get to airport on time.

satisfied trip with kind staff”
I lost my passport on the first day of my trip but the hotel staffs were so kind to help me find my passport back. The breakfast was so excellent and the beds were very comfortable, too. The rooftop spa on rainy night would be another unforgettable moment I spent in Fukuoka. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very good, near the city center just 10mins walk. After checked out i left something in the room. I asked hotel manager and staff to help returning my stuff and they were very nice and helpful. I am appreciated. Thank you so much especially the hotel manager MS. wada. 🥰🥰🥰

Excellent place to stay”
It was a bit pricey, but overall satisfied with experience at Candeo Hotels Fukuoka, especially with the spa which it even has outdoor tub (quite rare to find). The location is in heart of Tenjin area of Fukuoka, ease of access to public transit. I would highly recommend this place if anyone asks about place to stay in Fukuoka.

I like this hotel, easy to access public transport bus, taxi, 3 minutes walk to subway Station. Walk from Airport shuttle station just 4 minutes. Surroundings with big shopping mall eg. DAIMARU, DRUG STORE and many, will come back again

Faced some problem when we arrived and checking in at night after a long way. Staffs are so nice to offer help, we stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the spa.

Even though the room was a bit small, it was clean and tidy. The onsen area was quite small which did not make me feel relax at all. However, the staff was friendly and the location was really convenient for visitors.

Nice SPA not so close to JR station (20min walk)”
The room is very small, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room except sleeping anyway. We used the SPA every night back to hotel, and it was really joyful and relaxing. However, if we need to go to JR, it's at least 20 mins walk, not so close to the station.

It was good overall. However, the male employee's attitude at night was poor. When my family asked me, I looked at him like a sore thumb and treated him like a nuisance. My parents thought very bad. But after all this was taken out, the women were very kind and the other facilities were good. Especially, I liked the spa on the 10th floor. My parents were happy about that. The facilities were good and the bedding was clean.

Stylish but small rooms”
A good hotel in all respects bar one. We could not fit a standard size suitcase into the room and still get to the bathroom. So a thumbs up only if you are travelling light or don’t intend to unpack.

Good location with 7-11 nearby and close to the TENJIN underground mall (5 to 10 mins walk) I love how they provide toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers for kids when they know i will travel with my little boy.

The hotel is easy to locate but a bit far from the main streets, malls or shopping centres. around 10 mins walk. Nearby has many traditional food stalls and convenient stores. Room is spacious enough for a family of 4. Breakfast is ok but not many choices. Room and facilities are new, kept in good condition and clean

Room status & service are so good. So, I would like to use if I have a chance. But, the transportation from/to the airport isn't convenient because I should take a walk for about 5 or 6 min. from the bus stop or 10 min. from the subway station to the hotel.
