Interesting Neighborhood; Fantastic Roof Top Hot Tub”
Busy neighborhoods with plenty of restaurants around. However, it takes quite some walking distance to get to subway stations. Must check out the roof top hot tub, especially at cooler weather at night - such fantastic atmosphere!

Great spa hotel in an amazing location with great bath on the roof!”
We loved the hotel, it is located in Shimbashi which is full of restaurants of all sorts and near the station. The view from the hotel reception was great, although the one from the room was a bit less breathtaking and it was a little loud outside the window. The room was spacious enough for two people and we loved the sky bath. The only downside is that compared to other hotels there were no amenities in the room like toners and creams but they were available in the spa. The staff very very helpful and offered to use the phone when we were in ciris mode after travel to Europe was affected by the corona virus. Wifi was great and came in handy. I highly recommend the hotel!

The location of the hotel is amazing, walk for 3 mins from Shimbashi station, lots of food around. But the hotel room soundproof is not good, including like voice outside or next room, up or down floor, which affect resting

Functional petite rooms ”
We booked a bight at the Candeo Hotels Tokyo Shimbashi on our first night in Japan. Overall it was a pleasant stay! The room was petite but very functional. I enjoyed the sky spa and had the luxury of having the whole spa to myself. I thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor bath especially since the winter air was nice crisp while the water was perfectly warm. The property offered a no frills breakfast with not so much options. No issues with the staff at the property.

Easy walk from a big station. Very easy to get around. Clean and neat hotel. The sky bath a good facility. Rooms reasonable Size for Tokyo and comfortable bed.

The room was comfortable, had large bed for couple, i have stayed in about a dozen places in japan and this was one of the most comfortable most are to firm and hard. Room size was good with a couch. Bathroom was small even for tokyo, but there is an open air bath on top floor. Has two washer/dryer there as well. Less than 5 min walk to shimbashi station, taxi rude to tokyo station ti catch the nex to narita cost 1500 yen.

Less than 10minute walk to the train station. Got good restos nearby like Ichiran ramen. The hotel has coin laundry, sauna and drinks. They provide sleeping clothes and free bottled water.
