We enjoyed our stay. Initial room given to us was dark but got upgraded upon request. Some staff very friendly and helpful but most staff at reception completely clueless. Location and breakfast made our stay worthwhile despite the high cost.

I had multiple bookings with this hotel and as I have to travel to Europe during these bookings, I wanted to leave some of my luggage behind. For an international brand and a very big hotel property, I was very disappointed that this hotel does not offer left luggage facility.

Absolutely a good place to be staycations ”
Generally speaking the place it’s amazing! It’s definitely a good choice for people who wanna walking around the city or as a tourist to be wherever you want in London. The facility it’s clean and tidy, also the amenity are good selections. Shower is also fabulous to refresh urself. The gym here have good option for those who have habits to keep workout routine, such as Smith, towel, and locker. Highlight for this stay is clean, good location and enjoyful.

A lot to be desired ”
Everything fine on check in and arrival. We noticed we did not have a bath mat that night, instead we just used a hand towel. A minor detail but still, when paying what we are paying I expect things to be not missing. Two requests were made on leaving for the day regarding our in room phone that was not working - making it challenging to contact the front desk and also the toilet roll holder falling apart when touched. Also finding of a hair brush in the shower that isn’t ours ( which has still not been removed on the second night) was unsanitary to say the least. Very unsatisfactory for 2 x nights at nearly $800 total. Not happy. Neither the phone or toilet roll holder were fixed when we got back to the hotel that evening , my wife ended up going down to the front desk to request milk for our coffee as that was not replenished when our room was cleaned and sadly received nothing but attitude. It’s a shame as the hotel has a great vibe when you walk in, the rooms are spacious but the lack of service let’s the place down. Not worth the money to have things falling apart and previous guests items left in the room and a simple desk phone not working at all. It’s a shame as we stayed her because of the good reviews and it works for our train connection. We are wishing we stayed at a Hyatt as we know we would get what we paid for. Not happy Hilton Canopy.

Read great reviews about the hotel and was looking forward to the stay. I was disappointed in a few areas. Housekeeping was tardy. Definitely not that if a 4 stars or Hilton standard. Items used are not replenished and cups are not well cleaned. However, rooms are wheel chair friendly. Which is rare.

New hotel , near to subway station ”
Do take note the hotel has 30% rooms are in handicap layout . Thus the toilet bowl is higher. Basin is lower , bathroom is only cover with curtain , water will splash everywhere . Overall good to stay . But make sure request standard room

모양만예쁘고 기본이 안되어 있는 숙소”
룸 실내 디자인 예쁘고 건물도 새거여서 삐까뻔쩍해보여 갔는데, 룸 자체는 실망이요. 원베드룸 스위트 인데도 너무 룸이 작고, 화장실문도 유리 미닫이문이라 소음차단 잘 안되고 베드룸문도 유리미닫이문.. 먹는물은 첨부터 빈 유리병 큰거 주고 밖에서 떠다먹어야하고, 소파는 이쁘지만 굉장히 불편한 모양이고, 헤어드라이어가 호텔측 실수로 객실에 비치되어 있지 않아 전화해서 없다고 했더니 계속 찾아보라고만 반복. 그래도 없다고 하니 가져다주겠다고 하더니 한 15분? 넘게 안가져다줌.결국 지나가던 하우스키핑 직원에게 부탁해서 받을수 있었음. 관광지 티켓 예약해놔서 얼른 머리말리고 나가야하는데 ㅎㅎㅎ 난감했지요 화장실에는 수건걸이 옷걸이 하나도 없습니다. 유일한 수건걸이는 그 샤워부스 문에 붙어있는거 하나요. 덕분에 수건들 옷들 다 욕조에 걸쳐두고 사용함. 그리고 복도 소음이 굉장히 전달이 잘됨. 어느정도냐면 다른방에서 문 열고 닫을때 진동이 내가 누워있는 침대를 흔들리게 해서 자다가 깰정도? 그리고 바깥 뷰는 공사장뷰 입니다. 뷰 없어요 ㅎㅎ 창문 밖으로 바로 앞 공사장건물 속 공사하고있는 인부와 눈 마주치기 쌉가능
