Alpine Shillong Experience ”

Myself and my husband visited Shillong and checked-in in this hotel on 5th March 2023. It is a very ordinary hotel, with very expensive but bad food quality, very bad frontage, small rooms. Its not a value for money hotel. I will not suggest travelers to book this property.

except location nothing is up to the mark”

only thing is excellent in this property is the location. very close to police bazaar, dominous pizza is just a 1 min walk from the hotel. hotel have a problem with water supply, power or electricity problem, AC problem, as well as no wifi in room, all the time it shows you are connected but you cant browse a single page from your devices, we stayed there in a double deluxe room in top floor, room was big enough to accommodate my full 3 person family but the AC is not working, and in room water supply has some problem. everyday we have to recharge our room key card from reception to power the electricity in our room. the lift is really too bad, is automatically close and its sensors dont work properly. in hotels breakfast food is aweful. only some vegetarian choice but no non veg options. overall its dosent up to the mark and the room rate is really way to high with this minimum facility..
