Horrible Experience”
No Wifi, No Water and its a long way from the highway. We are having a hard time waiting for pedicabs to pick us up. I would not even pay 500 pesos for that. Dogs are everywhere! The pictures they put here in Agoda is not at all the same as the real place.

Capiz Bay Resort leaves you the idea that the place used to give pride and honor to Roxas City. Without government help, resort with huge potentials, untapped beauty of nature, will forever be unknown. I hope there will be a day that this place will be revived both by the owner and the government who ought to take care of the infrastructure such as cemented roads, streetlight, road signage, etc. I want to thank Reynold who assisted me during my departure.

No pros but plenty of cons with this resort have very old photos on there site the place is run down things don’t work it’s dirty should be closed down and I am shocked Agoda had it on its site

Dear guest, we understand your need for WIFI facility, and for that we are sorry we do not have that in our place. we are sorry that you did not read it when you made your online booking. it is a resort meant to unplug from the world wide web, to relax, unwind and be one and closer to nature. we are sorry for the delay of your refund but i have also noticed that you did not settle and pay for your stay at the property. Please do not make and invent any more dishonest reasons and demand for your "refund" and admit that this all started with our no WIFI Zone in our property to which that this type of facility was properly indicated onsite agoda.
Terrible Hotel”
Really disappointing hotel. The location is great, but the room, staff and food were all terrible. The room had the loudest A/C and fan I have ever heard. Much better hotels for the price in Roxas (e.g. Naia Norte Beach Club hotel).

Close to fishing port, able to get fresh fish every day, the staff will cook your fish for you, you can fish for milk fish at the resort,stocked pond. Very friendly staff, suggust you bring portable stove or grill and charcoal . Fridge stocked with beer at your request, breakfast served in your cabin at the time you want.
