"Clean and good value. There is no laundry service but they actually provide shirt and pants that you can wear throughout your stay. You'll have to check out at 10am after every day, regardless of how many nights you are staying which although is a minor inconvenience, it keeps things clean and fresh as you get new amenities every day. There's not a lot of space in the locker and can get a little cramped if there are multiple people in the locker/shower room, so it's most optimal to stay here if you are travelling light."

"Its very small with zero facilities other than toilet, shower & a kettle & microwave in the hallway, but it was super clean, beds were comfy & there are plenty of 7/11s nearby. It's an easy walk to Hamamatsucho station to catch the monorail"

"The place is exceptionally clean, staffs are very polite and helpful, love that they have all shower amentities provided. They have all the basic need for business and lower budget travellers. Location ia great too, just 10 mins from Shinbashi station with 2 Family Mart along the way. The only down side is that rooms are not sound proof at all(which is understandable), easy to be woken up by morning hustles of other travellers."
