"the stay at the hotel was great but we booked a second night with the hotel and it was cheaper than the nigth we booked thru the agent and it was with breakfast which was not included with the agents booking so next time we will book direct with the hotel"

"Visited London for three times and best hoyel I ever stayed in London with a reasonable price. Also it has a kitchen so that we wer able to cook and feed our kids. Very new facility and helpful staffs."

"We arrived late in the evening and were greeted with a very friendly smile and lots of assistance, which was repeated continuously during our 10 day stay. The surroundings are delightful, an oasis of calm in the midst of suburbia. The room, although on the smallish side, which is to be expected in European hotels, was nicely furnished and had a fridge as well as a very well equipped bathroom. The hotel is perfectly located, close to the tube, Hendon Central, and a bus stop right outside. There is also a lounge area with a wide variety of drinks, cakes, biscuits and fruit available day and night at no additional cost. The only downside from our perspective was the lack of a restaurant, although a continental breakfast is available. There are many restaurants nearby, however it would have been nice to have been able to have a meal with family at the hotel. Would definitely stay again as we intend to do so on our next visit!"

"Booking for standard room but not ready until after 11:30 am I was tooken mobility room in stread because long journey need the rest only a few hours then check out . I was disappointed because on booking requested form not tell me what is time I can check in and check out. only ask me what is time I will arrive I did said between 9-10 am . When I get there I got to wait for 11:30 am but a staff said only room available after 11 am is mobility room is ok I take it because need rest . The price higher then other hotel thought will be the best in London but disappointed. "
